Cloverdale Wine Country Inn and Suites

It was close to downtown.

Out dated, AC unit was loud, staff locked us out of our room a 11pm and we had to harass them at their after hour window for a new card key. WAY too expensive for the quality of the hotel.

I like the location-it is close to everything in Cloverdale. It is also very clean and quiet. Good parking and very polite front desk person.

Their website is misleading. Some of the amenities listed are not available. When brought to the attention of the staff they were apologetic and said that it had not been updated for a long time.

This place is a good location, it's cute, the people are nice and our room was clean. Would definitely come back. Thank you.

Location, beautiful grounds and quiet.

We had 2 rooms and 1 room we had to have the room key rekeyed twice.

We were in room 103 and it had the smell of cigarette smoke when we turned on the AC. Also this was the only one of 6 hotels that did not give us even a muffin for breakfast. I know Covid impacted the usual breakfast but other hotels gave us go bags.

Though they do not list themselves as a Best Western, I believe they used to be one. That being said, they are the nicest Best Western we've stayed in.

Being a Best Western, the $--+ per night was exorbitant. The Continental Breakfast was average.

Rooms were nice,clean and good location

They need more towels in the rooms and towels out by the pool and hot tub. The breakfast could also be better

Very convenient location.

The breakfast room was very warm. The windows should have been opened. But the selection of food for breakfast was very nice. I am not sure why everyone was put in the same section of the hotel. This made it difficult for to park outside of our hotel roo

They had paper towels folded for napkins with the coffee pot and as padding in the soap/shampoo basket, the jets in the spa were not working, but it was heated, and the continental breakfast was a mess and no scrambled eggs or sausage or bacon.

Lobby doesn’t open until nine am on Monday’s and our room key stopped working as we were loading up to leave. Thankfully my daughter was indeed the room to let me back in to retain the last of our belongs.

Location is fine, the rooms are spacious. Overall was ok.

We always stay in this hotel, and there were rooms that were newer and cleaner. This time everything was kinda shabby- old bedding, very old and very used towels. The room wasn't too clean. So I hope the management will pay attention. Room number 107.

The room was not available for us even though we had confirmation and had paid for the room.

The room was fine. It was easy access to the highway. It was close to a couple of restaurants.

The one problem was that it did say there would be muffins for breakfast. There were NO muffins either morning in the lobby. The only staff member there in the mornings was less than accommodating or friendly.

Very comfy and clean place, close to the downtown. We always stay there if traveling to Sonoma.
