- The location for me was important. It was a good location. The restaurant employees were outstanding. Staff is doing a FANTASTIC JOB! The front desk staff were nice too! The beds were comfy and had lots of pillows.
- The location was central to everything we needed. Just 15 minutes away from ONT airport, it was easy to get to.

Cons -
- There was an event the first night of my stay and the music was kind of loud until 10 pm. The second night of my stay it rained and the runoff dripped out of the gutter onto my patio and at times, the noise kept me awake. The room was kind of narrow.
- They don't have laundry machines for self-service wash/dry
- Dirty room (hair on pillows, clogged shower drain, stained curtains), had to pay for WiFi, outdated furniture, bad TV channels
