Pros +
- We asked about the hot tub hours, but it was closed by the time we got there so she upgraded our room to one with a jacuzzi tub free of charge. The room was beautiful and clean. The bartender was so nice and friendly. Great employees and environment.
- The location was close to the event we attended, and close to several known restaurants and fast food places, and not far from a major grocery store. Easy access off and onto the freeway.

- The bathroom isn’t well vented so it had a mold/mildew smell that was pretty strong.
- The interior had significant water damage at the sealing with a large bubble of peeling paint. at the Air/Heating unit, the paint was also severely peeling and there appeared to be dark mold along the top edge where the unit attaches to the wall. The ottoman's edges were quite frayed, and the carpet needs a good cleaning (Room 101). Luckily, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean although the bath fixture was loose at the wall. Very disappointed considering the Marriott Courtyard name.
