Hotel was clean, beds were actually soft which was nice since most hotels think everyone likes sleeping on a board for a mattress

There were no mini fridges in the room to keep drinks cold. I thought this was an automatic these days.

Our stay was comfortable and clean. I liked that we can enjoy the pool at the Sheraton as well.

It did have much to do especially with for kids.

I like everything about this hotel. The food was excellent. The staff was excellent. The room was very clean.

There was nothing that I can¿t complain about at this hotel.

Unhelpful front desk staff. Checked me in late. Room was ready and they never called me and caused me to be late to the wedding. Check out was also unhelpful I ended up having to check out from my phone and I never got emailed a receipt for my charges.

Bed was comfortable. Front desk people were very helpful and nice. Ease of getting to places within the hotel (it was easy to get to restaurant, heated pool, and room.

Did not find anything that I did not like for the one night I stayed.

The amenities it had for families was convenient. It was super close to all sorts of stores, restaurants etc.

The fact that i was charged an extra $600 dollar fee at the time of check in. I was told i would receive it back after checkout and have yet to receive it.

No the hotel was nice, I didn’t like that I didn’t get the room that I paid for!

the proximity to our Legoland destination and the private entry to the park. the pool was clean.

the fact that our room took more than 90 minutes to be fully cleaned after check in time and not to mention the trash that was found in our room and the mediocre job of overall cleanliness. staff was also not very concerned with how long we had to wait.

I love Westin's.. Use them all the time

Location. It has a private access to Legoland, avoiding the crowd. It was very conveniently located to Legoland, the Flower Field's, etc. The gym was very nice. The pool and hot tub was an added bonus. You also have access to the Sheraton amenities.

The bed is incredibly soft the best four star hotel in several four star hotel that I stayed for one year Beautiful light at night

The rooms and the swim pools and spa and workout room.

I felt that I was being nickel and dimed for everything.

Keys and tv shut off before check-out time.

Close to legoland

Thin walls and doors. Very loud when people are chatting in the halls and felt like the people in the room above us were stomping as hard as they could.

It was new and clean. The room was really big and nice.
