I like the breakfast, it is always really good and lots of options. :) I also love the check in and check out times, it is more convenient than checking in at 4pm and checking out at 10 or 11

I had the worst stay at Hampton Inn. I noticed food bugs and flies everywhere in the room - on the sheets, blankets, pillows, and even on my body.

Clean, good location, plenty of parking, great hotel room

Fridge was not working, limited breakfast options.

Staff. Room cleanliness. Parking. Breakfast was good.

Bed was shaky and making noise. Room a bit smaller than anticipated. Shower water pressure not good. Stinky smell from kitchen during breakfast (can?t tell if it is sewer or something else).

Staff was incredibly helpful & friendly

The bed was uncomfortable & the shower had no pressure. We were put in a handicap room and I'm not sure why

Loved it! Breakfast was perfect, coffee the best, toiletries wonderful , Staff-wish I could take them to every hotel I visit !!!!

Good location, fine room, satisfactory breakfast. All in all a good value.

Pool and hot tub are being repaired. This happens, but when it does, guests should be told before booking the room.

Wifi wasnt working for all 5 days stay., so i was not able to do some business work.

This has been one of the nicest Hotels I have stayed in in awhile. The staff was friendly hotel was clean the rooms are nice. The breakfast is amazing. I would recommend staying here and would definitely come back again.

It's very clean, staff is very friendly and their continental breakfast has lots of choices.

They didn't have cotton which I forgot to bring.

We had 9 rooms. 2 from our group has bed bug bites.

Wish you had room cleaning. We were there a week. Asked for cleaning once but it was never done. Had to empty trash and leave in hallway and ask for clean towels several times.

The free continental breakfast was nice and the coffee bar that was available 24 hours was nice too.

The pool area was small but it was clean.

Great location, great staff, well designed room. Very happy with our stay.

The pet fee is $75, we were only there for one night so it was a lot. Our pet has cancer and we were there to get him treated, it would be great if there was some of discount for situations like that.

The room smelled disgusting. The pool was dirty. Our sink was getting clogged and no ventilation. Payed over $--- for 1 night and I regret it. I've stayed in less expensive hotels in Carlsbad and never had an issue. NEVER STAYING HERE.
