Front desk staff inconsistent with pricing for adding a night. Room service: ordered $25 pasta: 1.5 hour wait, delivered ice cold, cheese like glue at 11 p.m. I called, kitchen was closed….

The room was spacious and clean

The parking fees of $38 per day in addition to resort fees microwave fees 10% city TOT & 2% Tourism over all lots of hidden fees from the hotel

Room was nice and very clean.

Food is ok for the price paid. Shuttle does not run as often and efficiently as advertised (waited 30+ mins to get back from Legoland, ended up getting a different ride). Got double billed for my stay and have called 4 times now and still have no refund!

The staff was wonderful, and so accommodating. Felt b like they really cared about my friend and I and our comfort

Bugs in the room, better menu and no microwave way to expensive

Nice lobby, fire pits, and pool area.

Rooms could use a refresh, still not providing daily housekeeping. No complimentary coffee and no one was at the coffee bar in the morning. I waited 10 minutes and then left. There is a resort charge and an additional parking charge at this hotel.

Yes, the bed are the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. For the price I paid for this hotel I should of had a bed that you couldn¿t feel every spring in it. Overall the hotel was nice but the restless sleep not sure if it was worth it.

Absolutely nothing

Musty smell in the room. Worn down and dirty. This is not even close to a 3 star hotel. Stay somewhere else. Didn¿t have the type of room I had booked and paid for.

Close to Legoland.

Stayed at the Westin next door a couple years back and definitely a much better experience than here. Maybe same management and maybe the subpar experience was due to covid, but customer service from all staff definitely not up to par.

Location was good

The beds are old and not comfortable to sleep on. Asked the person if the could send foam rubber pillows to the room and she said they only have foam pillows,¿ REALLY¿. The reception people not the friendliest for being the first contact people.

The girl who checked us in was sweet. Lobby is pretty, pool area is small but OK. Electric car charging onsite, SOMEWHERE..? If you like animals, this place is great. Guests can bring their pets.

Ponto Suite..NOT 2bedrooms It's ONE BEDROOM w twins&door. King bed IN LIVING/MAIN ROOM-NO DOOR. Bathroom vanity IN sofa/sitting area. No sofa bed,micro,ORextra blankets. All Ponto suite rooms R the same.Ground,3rd,4th floor only difference. $24parking.

Beautiful property with great proximity to the ocean & all the shopping. Luxurious lobby & pool too.

There was a tall thin older black gentleman that should be given a raise and promotion. My Husband did get his name .. but I forgot what he told me it was ... he was EVERYWHERE... a kind and hardworking gentleman who was always upbeat and helpful...

The resort fees! How they feel they can continue to charge such an inflated fee while most of the resort is not available to you is crazy... pool limited to 70... gym closed.. activity center closed.... no maid service during your stay

The staff was friendly and the location was nice.

As soon as you walked into our room there was a disgusting stain on the carpet. You couldn't help but stare at it every time you walked by because you couldn't help and wonder what made it and why the hotel wouldn't remove it.

The showerhead, definitely need a new one. Not enough water coming out.

Employees were incredibly nice and helpful. Loved that the entrance to Legoland was a very short walk away. Parking was $25 but that allowed us to go to Legoland both days (which would have cost us $50 if we stayed elsewhere).

They did not open the slide for the kids.

Location is top notch and the pet policy is the best I've found anywhere.

Everything was great, but there was a small amount of trash left in the room.

The proximity to the ocean is great for the moderate climate, ocean air, views of the ocean and the sunset. The pool is very nice with a waterslide as well as a great Jacuzzi. The fire pit in the central patio is very nice as well.

The $24 dollar charge for parking was obscene, especially considering that we parked outside in an unmarked space with no security. I would understand if we had parked in the indoor lot or used valet service perhaps, but not for what we used.
