Located next to major road, have to walk a little distance for beach access.

Looks old for the price been charged. Needs any update on the buildings.

It was tastefully decorated in the recent past and everything was very clean.

It's not a resort as it's advertised. No restaraunts or bar. You have to drive to everything.

The day of our arrival our guaranteed reservation was cancelled. We were sent to a hotel that was not near the beach or our other family members. I would never recommend. This hotel to anyone.

Rooms and furniture are dated, parking underground is inconvenient, other gate entrances did not work.

The spa by our room was barely warm and the bubbles didn't work. The transfer chairs for the pools were broken so my handicapped family member couldn't enjoy the pool

The location was ok.

My room was on the other side of the hotel. No elevator to my room. I had a lot stuff to carry upstairs and on my way to the room. Room was not clean. Gnats flying around because trash under sink smelled bad. Coffee maker was not clean and still had coffee grounds in it from prior tenants. Overall the unit was dirty.

Location was good for a visit to the beach . Pool areas were nice. Room was clean and spacious.

There was no restaurant on site. Had to drive off site to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The property is perfect when traveling with the family. It’s well located, clean, has a small park for little kids, a heated pool and hot tub

They are undergoing renovations so there’s construction happening however workers were very cordial.

Excellent location and view of the ocean ! Enjoy walking to the beach and close to excellent restaurants and cafes. Appreciated the laundry room at very fair prices.

I prefer my quiet well behaved dogs to loud unruly children. The no dog policy seems a bit unfair. Also the diarrhea sign at the gate as you enter the pool ? Is that really necessary?

Location by the beach, it was quiet, close to shopping in Carlsbad. Loved the adult pool option plus the family pool area. Lots of on-sight fun with corn hole, mini golf, grills, game room.

No food available. We had pop tarts for breakfast twice but that’s not much especially for a longer stay! Would love to see some kind of breakfast options at a minimum.

Property was clean. Staff were very friendly and I loved my room.

We were traveling as two families with toddlers and this place couldn’t be more magical - the beach is right here, pools are heated, shops and restaurants are right around the corner, rooms are spacious, quality beach equipment are free to use, and the overall vibe and ambiance is incredibly cozy, tropical, and extremely well maintained.

Rental room was first floor. Second floor neighbors had unauthorized underage visitors who had to be evicted at 10pm. Their noise and disturbance were unbearable.
