Very clean, a lot of activities for families as well as others.

The air conditioner was very loud

The room was clean and close to LEGOLAND.

The wait time from check in at 4 pm to get a room was close to two hours. The place did not have any free breakfast for guests except for a voucher to go for restaurants in the area. The place is also part of timeshare.

The room was clean

Did not get to check into our room until 7:30pm they were short staffed. Did not get to use the pool and splash pad. It was constantly being closed. Told the day we left we could stay to use the pool, when we went down there it was closed again!

Very clean. Spacious suite with a fair price. Great views.

Could not order movies on their televisions. They still have DVD players.

Check in was over an hour late. The room was average and too noisy.

Housekeeping never came in to clean or take old towels during our 3 night stay. Bedroom window didn¿t do a great job blocking light in the morning.

Walking distance to legoland, Karl Strauss on-site, and kids play area at the pool.

Long walks to rooms and dysfunctional elevators. Basement parking is poorly designed and getting to my room was a challenge.

Spacious, quiet, great location.

Broken ice machines, in multiple areas, no ice. The listing isn’t very accurate in regard to getting around the area. No trolley as the seasons for availability are not listed. Walkway to LEGOLAND is also not very clear. I don’t like vacation club/timeshare promotions.

I want to thank Matt at the front desk at our time of check-in, he was so friendly and inviting, truly appreciated. Our room was beautiful and close to the pool!

We loved everything about the property! Staff were wonderful! Location was perfect, within walking distance to Legoland and 5 minute drive to the beach. Lots of family activities on the property as well.

Amazing stay for families, we didn't use most of the facilities due to short stay, there is plenty for the kids to do, the rooms are great, stayed in 2 bedrooms, and the resort outweighs a 3 stars by far.

Hotel is excellent, apartment was clean and with lot of space. We loved kitchen. There's coffee maker but no coffee :/ it would be small addition for hotel but big for us, we would like to have coffee when we arrive to hotel.

it was loud sometimes because some rooms are near hallway. Also some trucks came at 6a and drove some cart like crazy.

Nice welcome entry that looks directly out at the pool. Pool areas were amazing. Pool towels were always filled and available. Bar/restaurant had decent food and if offered a nice place to sit. 2-bedroom unit was spacious for 6 people. You could spend a few days here without going anywhere, but it’s a good location, close to outlets and all San Diego has to offer.

Nothing to dislike, but it was a bummer our elevator was broken. Lugging luggage up with a bad back was difficult. Also, hot tub in the family pool area could be way hotter. It felt more like a bath than a hot tub.
