Just off Highway 50, this hotel is located on the outskirts of the Eldorado National Forest in California’s gold country and wine region. Free Wi-Fi access and cable TV are included in every room at Westhaven Inn. Each has either a balcony or a patio and is equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. - Clean and cheap.
- The room was spacious.
- Short distance from Apple Hill and close to several dining options. Room was perfect and bathroom spacious.
Cons -
- There was no childrenâ≢s playground as advertised and the â∠Âgardenââˆthat you could sit in was just a few rose bushes and dead grass/dirt. Pictures and description were not accurate/up to date. Also beds were hard as a rock and not enough pillows.
