- Location large room amenities and breakfast were all of high standard
- Love the Bay views and walkway along the bay!
- This an older property that needs some updating. But the location (close to cruise terminal and some nearby restaurants) was a sting plus, as was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The room and public areas were very clean.
Cons -
- In desperate need of updating!! Gross carpeting, stains on bedding and furniture, bottom sheet on bed did not cover mattress pad, blankets were about the weight of sheets. Blankets and bedspread stained and frayed
- Rooms outdated by 3 decades
- One staff member was rather unfriendly. We have stayed at this hotel several times and always experienced friendly, helpful staff.
