Burbank Inn and Suites

It was moderately priced. The room was of ample size. It was clean. It offered free parking and wifi. The few interactions I had with staff were pleasant and professional. It was less than 10 minutes by car from the places I needed to go.

I'm being picky. The lighting was a bit dim. They should replace their neon lighting elements with LEDs.

Cleanliness. Amenities. Restaurants. Parking. Near freeways.

I (female) had to stand at their outside window to check in (in this day and age) I was scared! They had a reservation area only the guy said it was closed.

It¿s proximity to the freeway. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and well maintained.

Clean, safe, cheap motel

I have to ding them because there were ants in my room. Pretty gross but otherwise the place was clean. I understand that ants can show up without the owners knowing so I'm not angry or anything.

Always a very clean room and with very decent furniture, bedding, towels, etc.TV service was fab. Been a year since we were there last and the TV had upgraded service. Parking lot was clean and well lighted. Just off the 5 - very convenient

It was so close to our venue and super convenient to get anywhere. Super clean and the staff was extremely helpful.

It was a clean, convenient and comfortable hotel for a very short stay. We were evacuated due to the Altadena fires and they were able to accommodate us immediately and with a very great price.

The TV interface was difficult and strange

No Secure Wifi, way toooo overpriced, poor shower, our rooms bath wasn't working, really old tv with bad image quality,

It was clean, except for the water bottle I found behind the nightstand. Good price and accessible.

Could have used a power strip for our phones.

Would not rebook, felt unsafe

When we arrived to the hotel we approached the staff and were given attitude as the fact that we were there too early for check-in. When we just wanted to ask a question. When we finally got checked in we notice that the current was dirty and the part of the door where you place the key card was burnt. When we got into the hotel we notice that the door was missing the extra security latch. We felt uncomfortable and asked front desk if we could change rooms to what the lady said, “this is a safe area, and we are too busy to change your room” overall it felt unsafe. We could understand that they may have been busy but they could have understood our concerns.

My second time staying here and I will continue to stay here in the future. Very clean and very comfortable and conveniently located.

No microwave & update USB outlets, still old room look. Little expensive over the price.
