Going into this stay, I already knew the TV was going to be oddly placed, but I didn’t expect it to stop working altogether! It worked for a few hours then stopped. The temp would not go below 76°. Staff were unable to assist.

Large hotel room and configuration of 2 beds and 1 sofabed.

Tiny, cramped, outdated bathroom with toilet and bathtub shower only. Bathroom door got stuck on tile floor and wouldn't close. Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Room was dated and not allergy-friendly. Grout chunks missing in bathroom tile floor.

Hotel is very clean and well organized. Breakfast is good.

The hotel is quite new but the overall qualities of the mattress and chair cushions..not good enough and need to improve. Overall good but need more improvements of the furnitures esp. their mattress.

Loved the breakfast and staff were nice. Loved the soft fluffy pillows on the bed.

Did NOT like the multiple train whistles at 3 in the morning. Woke us up and it was very hard to get back to sleep!

Beautiful hotel. Loved everything about it. Breakfast and parking were included and breakfast was good.

The rooms were small, yet quite functional with a smart layout and amenities. Bathroom lighting and vanity configuration were appealing and efficient.

Lighting in the rooms could be better.

Sofa bed not very comfortable

Room was clean. Front desk was accommodating at check-in. Had a good breakfast selection that was delicious.

My room must have been above a work/laundry room because there was a lot of noise above us all night. Kept waking my husband and I up. Constant noise didn't stop until breakfast time.

Clean, great location and nice staff. The breakfast was good. I¿m glad they had the waffle machine.

The bed and pillows were little uncomfortable for me. I still slept okay. System was down for a day and half. So the staff had to keep letting us back in our room until it came back in on.

The hotel based off of the star rating was one of the cleanest. The location was perfect for what I was looking for.

The water in the AC unit needed to be changed as every time the AC would come on a mildew smell would come out from the vents. The bed sheets were clean but the smell of the detergent was so strong that it was giving me a headache every time I got in bed.

It was close to all of the attractions we planned on going to. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was great.

Kids kept running up and down the hallway from early evening to late at night. You can hear everything from the hallways.Very noisy.

Hotel clerk was friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious for us (family of 4).

The walls were thin and we could hear the people talking next to us.

The manager was not friendly at first. He made us wait until 2 pm to get our room.
