The Buena Park Grand Hotel & Suites

I love the location of this hotel. It’s close enough so we could walk to Knott’s Scary Farm.

The door to our room did not lock and we only got lukewarm water for the shower.

location WAS all I liked.

EVERYTHING! Rooms are horrible smelly and OLD. My entire stay NOT once did my room get serviced. Got locked out of my room every time we left ALWAYS had to get replacement key cards. Front desk did not care and NOT helpful.

The location is great close to restaurants and stores.

The hotel had mold on the pull out bed and a weird smell. The hotel needs a lot of work.

Nothing everything was bad

First room we checked into had multiple roaches after notifying front desk. They switched it over to a different room which also had roaches all the rooms are very dirty, growing mold in showers rust on floors and bathroom. Definitely not a 3 star hotel

It was the worst day ever no tv the whole time we were there called. No service never answered the phone went to front desk. They would always say they were sending never sent anybody. Pool had no towels. at all? Said it had breakfast. No breakfast

Dirty floor and roach wings when checked into first room. I was moved into new room but grossed out bye experience.

The checking in/out staff were amazing! However, I allowed enough time for the administration to return ----taken each night I stayed in the same hotel. I called many times to inquire about the 300 dollar deposit and this matter has not been resolved.

As I stated, this stay has been a total failure. I did not complain about the television not working or that one of my guests found a roach in the fridge.

It has a lot of space

No hot water had to shower in the next room thanks to my daughter. Had bed bugs also

This hotel is a JOKE!!! Needs new management!! If I could rate this hotel a 0 I would! Not too mention our room was filthy my shoes stuck to the floor!!! Terrible experience!!🤮🤮

I called and went to the office 3 times to let them know that the toilet would not flush and my son needed to use the restroom, we waited 3 hours still no one came, asked for a new room was denied, ended up canceling my reservation and left.

Nothing, I ended up leaving and finding another hotel!

I had to switch rooms because the 1st one was dirty the TV didn’t work, my 2nd room TV didn’t work I checked in at 3 and ended up checking out 8pm

Location was the only thing going for it. It has potential to be a cute hotel. I loved the Spanish style the courtyard was cute.

Cockroaches were everywhere in our room. Bedsheets has stains on them. No room service or extra towels were brought to us, no extra pillows or blankets in the room for the couch bed.

LOCATION! Close to everything. Walking distance to Portos and next door to the wedding venue we were a part of.

The room itself was muggy when we entered. The shower head was almost falling off. The drawers did not close and had to secure it with my socks! The only staff member that was friendly was the one who checked us in...Dated hotel but, needs updating bad!

Location and the cleanliness and ambiance of the room.

I noticed some of the guests had “glass” beer bottles in the pool area. Danger for broken glass.

The mirror in the bathroom was off it’s hinges.

The exterior could use a bit more attention, like the elevator, windows, but overall very nice property and the staff was wonderful. The check-in and check-out process was quick and on point. The location of the hotel is terrific!

Room were not very clean. Very old furniture. Maintenance was not properly done. Bathroom and toilet accessories broken or not working as expected

It looks like it can be a nice beautiful hotel, if they would clean it & keep up maintenance.

The first room we got assigned to, the bathtub was dirty, there was sand in the bathtub, the lights weren?t working. My husband went back & gave us another room. The room was dirty, dusty, the bathtub was dirty, looked like they didn?t cleaned it.

The AC did not work,fingernail clippings on couch hair under the blankets I reserved the room they knew I had 4 kids with me I was given

It was very very dirty, 2 room suite 1 TV. The whole room only 1 power outlet worked. Therefore, 1 light in the front room worked so it was dark. I put two sheets on the sofabed and would not pull it out because of fear of finding something. Dirty, Dirty

Good location.

The room was very rundown. Sheets had a hug stain, no hair dryer. All the furniture was chipped or missing paint and one of that chairs for the table was actually missing an arm!
