Hilton Buena Park Anaheim

Very clean, nice staff

Required to valet and $20 per night. No self parking.

Cleanliness

No self parking but valet is very convinent but cost $25 per day. Most hotels in area charge even for self parking. No microwave in room.

Newest hotel in Buena Park. Close to everything.

Staff at the front desk are not the best.task oriented, no customers service. They are not friendly and not welcoming.

the king beds are good

They don't clean the rooms every day. in 8 days they cleaned the room twice. the bathroom has a window to the bedroom that when you need to use it at night you wake up whoever was in the room with the light

all brand new - you can't find a better modern hotel for this price in BP. fairly safe street parking across the street if avail. Staff is awesome, bar and restaurant great, pool on roof really nice and fun view.

no, everything was great

Cleanliness.

We had no hot water to shower. Vallet parking only!

It seemed relatively new.

Room too to cold; I and staff couldn't raise; requested coffee 2x before delivery to rm, unexpectedly charged $25/day valet only parking, too pricey.

The staff was very helpful. My husband is disabled and hotel employee attended to our needs and lent us a much needed wheel chair. You helped make a difficult trip easier.

The toilet doesn't stop flushing water, it looks new but they have problems.

room was verygood

Unacceptable Breach of Privacy and Safety at Hilton Buena Park

How clean it was and staff so friendly

Location and price

Location

They did not have hot water for the shower.

Staff

Very clean, updated, new, everything was convenient, the valet parking. Very quiet and relaxing. 24/7 gym access.

The dining

Clean and quiet. Nice rooms.

No microwave. No self parking. Must pay for valet. Green front desk staff.

I loved the view from the heated rooftop pool (a hot rub would be a great addition), the rooms were clean and modern, and the property included a gym and restaurant

There was a weird smell in the lobby

We had a room with a balcony and we didn’t expect the balcony to be that big. The view of the Disneyland fireworks was a bonus!

We could hear our neighbors playing music from outside but beside that, it was nice and quiet.
