Parking is paid though never mentioned till checkout. Also inside room it says that housekeeping will be done every alternate days but it is done only if you ask. For me no housekeeping done for 3 days. TV remoted never work. No batteries

The heating system needs attention and doesn’t mention on advertisement about price of parking. It was a surprise and unexpected.

Was in a convenient location relative to San Francisco

Very noisy—could hear loud occupants several doors away. Loudness was permitted to continue into early hours of the morning.

The rooms were small and dirty. Carpet dirty in rooms and hallway. Old furniture, etc... rundown place.

Free parking and breakfast

Dishwasher mounted to close to fridge and made loading any dishes difficult. Also kitchen faucet loose badly and sink too small for dishes.

Filthy rm, hair from a past guest all over the carpet and bathroom?huge blood or wine stain on the carpet.?super noisy, room would vibrate every time doors on the first floor were shut?smoke from the room across the hall permeated my room

It was nice and quite, far enough from the airport so the noise is low. But close enough to the city and airport.

If I had to pick something bad, it would be the pay to park. Yeah I get it, you can?t park for free anymore at or near San Francisco. But $15 is not bad.

cozy rooms and good breakfast

need to do more on hot breakfast items.

Complimentary hot breakfast and kitchenette in room and the hotel accepts cats.

The walls are very thin so I could hear everything going on in the rooms around me very loudly.

Quick checkin, clean facility, great breakfast and safety.

Was a pre-paid room and was told upon check in they would only authorize $100 but they end up authorizing $200 instead! Was told there was a cliché in the system after check out. also Didn't tell me there would be a $15 fee for parking!

Breakfast is C- Fruit offering is whole apples and oranges only. No half-and-half for coffee...coffeemate only.

It was clean, comfy, and convenient in location. The staff were helpful. It was a good experience.

Felt dirty and run down. 1st floor rooms are out of date and everything seems a little sketchy.

Large Studio room with kitchenette

Quality of the finish out was lower than expected for 3-star hotel and the free breakfast was not very appetizing, but there are no other choices in the area.
