Room not ready on time

I have stayed here 3 times. They have made improvements and it shows. The staff and location is stellar.

I thought the happy hour menu was overpriced. They also advertised having multiple tv channels available which isn't TRUE. They have the lowest tv package possible and it doesn't even link up with the currect shows. The entire experience is over priced.

Quiet, good location, extremely nice staff, excellent tub, somewhat decent view of the bay, minus the building that ran along side of my room blocking most of the view.

Carpet stains, sticky headboard, grimey tv remote, stains on walls. I paid a lot for this room, I have stayed in much better rooms for way less with way better views. I was surprised how unclean it was and how 'blocked' the view was to the bay.

The staff, the location, the view...... the lodge was great, you really don't have to leave if you don't want to, they have everything there.

The restaurant was closed for remodeling. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the restaurant. The temporary pop-up café they had was decent, but had I known the restaurant was closed I would have not booked.

This hotel is spectacular! It sits on the bay with beautiful views! The restaurant on site is awesome, we ate dinner and breakfast there and the food was amazing! The grounds are lovely! There are just so many special touches that this hotel did right!

Not really. My only comment was that the room could use a few pictures on the walls. Otherwise it's quite lovely!

Chef made errors on several meals, steak no cooked properly and breakfast meal poor and breads not toasted properly, staff fine.

The location was amazing, the staff was so kind, the accommodations were beautiful and the grounds were so beautifully maintained.

I was floored that for 6 hrs in the middle of the day from 11-5:00 you were not able to get ANY kind of food or beverages of any type. I think for a lodge in a fairly small town not to offer food & beverage services during the day to the guest is a shame.

The staff were exceptional, assisting in reservations and suggestions for touring. Gave us complimentary wine tasting vouchers and great recommends for dining. The wine tasting in the reception area was lovely touch, cheese and crackers too.

The location and well-maintained facilities.

The queen bed was too small for two tall adults. No refrigerator for guests who want to keep chilled water and soda in their room. The patio screen door did not close all the way allowing mosquitoes in.

Location

Slight musty smell. Probably from being close to ocean. And I prefer king bed.

Overrun with kids

The mattress was normal. They could have used some better mattresses.

The view is fantastic. The garden is pretty.

Way overpriced... Nothing in this hotel matches this price. If it's --- a night, I will give it almost 5 stars, but it's --- plus tax.
