The Inn at the Tides

The mattress was so old and uncomfortable and super squeaky! Awful! My back was killing me after sleeping in the bed!! Rooms could use updating too, especially for the price you pay!

The restaurant was not open but we received a discount for the one across the highway. We had the furthest building so we drove to it.

The view was beautiful, and the ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful room, beautiful view, nice pool.

The restaurant was poor. At dinner our fish was BAD! They offered us something else but we were turned off and declined. Our complimentary Continental Breakfast was good but we heard another patron refuse his meal and ordered something else.

The bed was hard, couch outdated and had stains. No refrigerator, the price also went up after I checked out. So for almost paying $--- for the room not worth it.

The hotel is very nice. The restaurant is terrible. Bad staff, poor management and just ok food. Much better choices are nearby.

Wonderful spot with lovely views. Could use a few more amenities for the price.

Could use better mattress, better coffee in room, a refrigerator to store perishable snacks while traveling, and a better breakfast.They advertised a full breakfast and it was a crappy continental breakfast. For the price, I expected a few more amenities.

There were stains on the bed cover and the couch and the bed was really uncomfortable.

I had no deck to sit outside, while others below me had decks. I came back to my room one night and there was not a single parking place. I had to park in a handicapped spot down the hill. They did offer to send someone to drive me back up the hill.

I love the view. It was beautiful staying there. I love how you get a newspaper every morning. The staff were nice.

The only issues was that we were gone nearly all day and no one came to clean and restock our room so we had to call for assistance.

Great location

They could not find our reservation. They gave us a subpar room not what we booked. The room had a bad bed and noisy ice maker right outside the door.

The room was lovely, it came with a fireplace and a complementary bottle of wine and everything was very clean. Breakfast was included and made to order. The view was beautiful.

It's quiet and clean and close to the ocean.

The staff said over the phone that they would get back to us about late checkout at noon in 5 minutes but never did. We had very noisy neighbor.

The view from our room was gorgeous. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was great. We were also really happy with the breakfast offerings.

The decor in the room was dated and some of the blinds were damaged. We were surprised that the room didn't include temperature control or a refrigerator. It was comfortable, but we found it a little lacking, all things considered.

The parking was kind of tight and we weren't sure where to go to get ice, snacks,etc. we arrived very late.

The weather, it rained which was beautiful and then the sun came out. The flowers are pretty on the grounds but the ladders, old pots, handyman supplies in the dirt along the driveway is ugly.

So much, no robes as advertised, no mini frig. They leave a complimentary bottle of Chardonnay but you can't chill it. The staff are rude, the manager does not care, repeated that she was not worried when I expressed how worried I was. AWFUL!

Rooms are older, thin walls, but what I expected.

The facility appearance was modern and clean.

No air conditioning, light bulbs burnt out, screens on windows missing, room above pool with loud party late into the night.

We likes the condominium type rooms, very private, nice views, comfortable bed, very quiet.

There was no refrigerator to keep anything cold, like left over dinner from the restaurant.
