    • Location

    Cons -

    • Parking lot very clumsy
    • The rooms were not as updated. check in was difficult bc we arrived late (10 pm). The doors were locked and there was a phone to call but no one answered it. Took calling for a solid 5 minutes before someone answered and over 15 minutes to check in.
    • Noisy from the traffic on the road, from guests on either side, light coming under the doors, upstairs room but only 1 set of stairs, loud groups of skiers. Prob ok if you?re young. Staff was pleasant, towels were thin, room was sparse, Queen bed small

    Location

Did not clean room in the morning .... clerk stated she forgot to indicate it needed cleaning..... cleaning staff stated they are not asked by management to clean rooms when people stay multiple nights [money saving].... customers not advised.

The hotel was right off the main street in Bishop, so it was very easy to find and was close to everything there. The breakfast was good - waffles, sausage, eggs, coffee, yogurt, bagels, etc. They had complimentary spa water all day. Would stay again!

The staircase closest to our room was out so it was a little inconvenient, but nothing too bad. Overall was a good experience.

Gave me a worst room. Ac was running but even at 60 degree set temperature room was warm

Nice room. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff

    Bit of road noise.

Clean, pretty good breakfast for US standard

Front desk seemed a little spicy almost every time we talked to them. We got what we needed and everything was still ¿polite¿. Cleaning crew was great and smiley

    location

refurbished older property; room is a little cramped, bathtub/shower is dated. a little pricey for what it is.

    1ChrisPosted on: 9-7-2023

The clerk at the front desk, she made us laugh and was very nice

Showers were terrible, room too narrow and took forever to clean rooms. 4 pm check in is plain stupid

Great location, we were able to walk everywhere. The breakfast was great as well.

There were ants in our room, which wasn¿t great. They did offer to have someone come spray, but we didn¿t want the kids breathing that stuff in so we declined. The ants got into some of our food, which was a bummer- but it happens.

Staff was great, So was breakfast. Our room was in the back near pool, hardly heard any road noise. I liked the luxury vinyl flooring. Looked like it had been renovated in the last 3 or 4 years. Nice linens. I would stay here again.

Location was great, beds were comfortable, great value for the price.

Very frustrating that there was nowhere to park with my fifth wheel. . I was directed to park across the street in the Taco Bell parking lot where there are no parking signs everywhere. I did not sleep well worrying about being towed.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-2-2023

Location and size of room. Security officer patrolling the premises.

Although updated flooring is not carpet, was still dirty so needed to wear socks or slippers. Parking spots are not well defined and it was difficult to park safely in your own spot.

WHEN THE ROOM TV REMOTE WAS MISSING -- THE STAFF DID NOT RETURN MY CALL - WHEN CALLED AGAING THEY SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO :( - WHEN I CHECKED OUT - I ASKED ABOUT COMPENSATION AFTER SPENDING $---. FOR ONE NIGHT - THEY SAID SINCE I BOOKED THRTH

THERE WAS NO TV REMOTE - THE ROOM PHONE WAS INOP - I CALLED THE FRONT DESK RIGHT AWAY - THEY SAID ALL REMOTES WERE PAIRED TO EACH TV - AND AFTER A VERY LONG DRIVE i WAS LOOKING FORWAD TO RELAXING - NOT JUST STAIR AT THE WALLS (FRUSTRATING) THE STAFF DID N

The room was great and very clean.

Crystal was rude. Asked to check in early, she said room wouldn¿t be available til 2:30. Checkin stated 2pm. Asked for refund, she got manager Leslie. She SCREAMED at me and said she will not refund me for same day cancellation. All I did was ask

The room was clean and beds comfortable. Was glad it had   microwave and refrigerator. Staff were very nice and   accommodating. The breakfast was very filling and had a great variety for all. Location was close to everything and walka

Room noise was a little excessive from above and outside.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-6-2023

The staff was great, both evening and morning. Good choices for breakfast. The location was great, all sorts of dining options within walking distance.

It tended to be noisy. Neighbor room made noises all night long, walls need some sound barriers. Trucks on 395 all night. Suggest a room toward the back. The heater came on a lot and also was noisy.

    3RustyPosted on: 12-12-2022

    Sorry, nothing!

Very unhappy, even checked out early! The couch smelled like urine, the heater was so noisy I couldn¿t use it to sleep. The rooms around me were noisy with construction works and way to many to a room. Unbelievable the worst hotel I have ever stayed.
