- Great location - tons of places in Beverly Hills to walk to for coffee, food and shopping. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street so there isn't too much traffic noise.

- The location was great because it was across the street from my doctor.
Cons -
- The lift did not work the last morning I was there but it was quickly fixed. My room faced the pool and the music in the evening played until 11pm and was too loud. I wish the music could be kept at a minimum. There is no need to start playing music at 8am. I would come back again but would ask for a room facing the street instead.

I recently had surgery and was requesting water and the hotel told me they had ran out and need to order more in the morning. I asked if they can grab from another room that was not reserved so that I can have water and I was willing to pay for them but she said no, That that was for another guest. I had to use my cell phone to call as the phone in the room was not working. The shower was dirty with hairs so I did not use the shower.
