It is located in Tiburon downtown. Convenient parking without charge. No "resort fee."

The hotel could not locate our reservation until a second call was made. No view from any of the rooms. Pool was not heated. False fire alarm at 10:30 pm.

The best feature about this hotel is location, location, location. It is the middle of the cutest town of Tiburon and walkable to grocery stores, restaurants, and beautiful bay views. Also enjoy the overall room sizes and multiple entrances and exits.

The parking is bit challenging with small parking spaces. It would great to have an extra lot for people to spread out. It would great to have extra pillows and blankets for colder winter nights.

    Location was great.

Found a cockroach in the room after returning from dinner. Ice machine didn't work. Rooms are outdated for the price.

    Location

Was worse than a Motel 6. Hallway and room carpets were badly stained. Furniture was old and mis-matched. Room was small. Air conditioner was a wall unit that was so noisy we couldn’t have a conversation! Front desk was unorganized. Very disappointing

    1RichardPosted on: 3-30-2019

We found bed bugs and left the hotel after one night. Manager would not offer a refund

    10WilliamPosted on: 10-24-2018

The staff was exceptional. The hotel was clean and conveniently located. We had a great dinner at their bar. And my kids loved the heated pool. I will definitely return and recommend to others.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-28-2018

Peaceful, comfortable beds, great location to the walk-on ferry to the city of San Francisco, super local restaurants to choose from. The restaurant at the lodge had a spacious dining room and an Ok dinner menu. Service was professional and kind.

The bathroom could use a serious update. The bathroom fan Was obnoxiously loud. The entry carpet was showing stains of wear. Considering the location, the entry would have been better suited to use slate tile or a rustic laminate for traffic-wear and tear

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-26-2018

Our room was large and we liked the queen beds. The room is fine and we liked being within walking distance of the ferry. The Tiburon Tavern, which is adjacent, was also very convenient. The staff were engaged and helpful.

I didn't like being tricked into purchasing the "amenities package." The fact that another $30/night would be assessed became apparent after I had consummated the two-night reservation - on a non-refundable basis. We didn't use most of the amenities.

    8RonaldPosted on: 8-25-2018

location is great. Front desk staff is polite, efficient and helpful. Restaurant is good. Nice & cozy Lobby. Fair price

Rooms are a bit dated. Desk has only one outlet for electronics. I needed many more. I requested and received a "multi-strip" to use. Hall carpet on the second floor was severely water stained. Looked very unattractive.

    8SarahPosted on: 8-23-2018

Nice setting with proximity to Main Street businesses and restaurants.

Thin walls, so the room next door had tv on all night and my sleep was disrupted.

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-12-2018

Generally very nice room decor and staff

Room very noisy, could hear sounds/words said clearly through the wall

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-24-2018

Staff was wonderful and th location was great! Room service was the fastest I'd ever experienced.

It was really nice and clean, but not nearly as nice as he pictures made it look.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-17-2018

The property was beautiful. They had a luxurious outdoor pool, fire pits throughout the courtyard, a welcoming lobby, and prompt and attentive staff.

There is not, the hotel fit the needs of our stay.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 2-24-2018

Great location! We will definitely stay here again.

Staff could use a bit of customer service coaching. Lady that checked us in was great. But two times i was in the lobby i overheard front desk staff being a bit abrasive to people checking in.

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-24-2017

    Location right downtown Tiburon

The hotel charged a $30 guest fee charge that was not disclosed at booking or on checking in Room was clean but I dowdy. HVAC was noisy

    location, location Free parking.

the rooms smelled and even though I spent $---- for two days they gave us rooms facing the weeds.
