our bed sloped because the floor sloped, but we survived.

The location and the view from this hotel are the best. We frequented the back patio to view San Francisco and surrounding areas.

The day we were there they were installing carpet which went on to 6-6:30 in the evening. Each room has a little balcony and you can see the bay but the balcony is not place for two people to hang out. It's essentially a step out with a view.

Cleanliness, size of room for the cost and view from the deck.

Welcome bags with wine, the back deck overlooking the water, fireplace in the room, bikes and helmets available to use, complimentary breakfast delivered to room with healthy options and gluten free bread available, location couldn¿t be beat either!

If I have to say something- Bathroom vanity was a little small, hard to get ready at and not great lighting.

Perfect location, spacious and comfortable room, back deck has a stunning view and was a memorable spot to relax with some complementary wine.

Breeze from (ceiling mounted) air conditioning unit directed right at head of bed. Lighting In bathroom a bit gloomy. Not clear to arriving guests that one should park in the nearby city lot (where prominent sign says no overnight parking.

Complimentary wine, cookies, and breakfast. Close proximity to angel island ferry and quality restaurants.

Some room furnishings and linens were a bit worn.

We were upgraded to the best of this hotels small number of rooms - great view of SF and Bay. Terrific breakfast, ordered the night before, fought to room.

Nothing we didnt like. Only problem is that in the future is little chance we'll luck into such a great room.

Location. Staff was wonderful. Complimentary breakfast, coffee, water and bikes. An excellent getaway. Very quiet and lovely wine/cheese hour each day from 5-6:30 PM. Perfect Anniversary hotel.

Great, helpful staff. Comfortable bed, quiet location with great views from the deck.

Rooms on the left side close to the elevator (we stayed in 207) don't have a view except of adjoining building. Someone forgot to sit in the soaking tub before install. The edge hits mid-back and there is no comfortable way to recline in the tub.

The back deck that looks straight out to the city of San Francisco was divine, the ferries that take you to the City are literally right next door, the staff are kind and helpful, the breakfast served to you in your room is healthy and filling!

Nothing that stands out. We had a lot of luggage because this was the 2nd leg of our vacation and they only have 2 luggage carriers which were in full use for an hour the day we left. They don't have parking so those carriers are very much needed.

Where do I start? Location, staff, breakfast, evening wine & cheese, room, fireplace, newspaper, ice cold water, coffee.

I am not going back next month!

Staff was warm and welcoming! Great amenities and solid breakfast. We loved the location and the fire pit outside. Good wine and cheese provided! We will definitely recommend.

The Waters Edge Hitel exceeded our expectations. It is an exquisite hotel in a beautiful setting with a friendly and accommodating staff.

For the quality and vibe the bathroom in our room could use some attention to detail. It was very clean but very minimal compared to the rest of the room
