Clean rooms and quiet area

It was clean and comfortable, but the noise from the passing cars was overwhelming

It was on a busy street and I couldn’t sleep with the sound of the cars passing all day and night.

Ask to see your room before you check in

The room smelled like cigarettes and the staff was rude, unfriendly and dishonest.

The staff was great when checking in.

Not a great location and the room was too small. The occupant in the room next to us was screaming the entire night and we saw the cops had to intervene. We did not get much sleep that night. The heater in the room didn’t work either.

Solitude and quiet place for me to rest, just wish the pool was open then I could do my water aerobics which would allow me to loosen my arthritic knees and other joints. The bed in this room was very comfortable and cozy!

The phone was inoperable and had to be worked on and when it did work lists if static was heard by all users. WiFi was literally non-existent as I was told it was in the walls which are concrete size slabs. It just allowed me to want to use this as a hideaway in the future as no work can be done without access to the Internet or outside world even with my own network which was also spotty.

Extremely pet friendly, great staff, onsite security personnel, quiet and reasonably priced.

Inconsistent early check in procedures.

The bed was the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in . The water was hot.

The room was small. There was no ironing board no iron no microwave no coffee. There was a refrigerator. The tiles were rough dingy small and I was only given one set. The outdated air conditioning unit heater was loud while it was on. It kept me up all night Because the heater only went up to 78 so I needed to keep it on as I slept and once it got to 78 it turned off once it went below 78 it came back on and every time it woke me up there was nowhere to hang my clothes my long dress I had nowhere to hang it.

I didn't like anything about this hotel.

I didn't like the rooms. They are old and dirty. There is mold in the shower. The bathroom was dirty with ants. The walls are really thin. You can clearly hear people talking down the halls and walking upstairs. And in the middle of the night, someone was trying multiple times to break open my room door.

I saw and killed a baby cockroach. So, that's an indication there must be more.

The floor in 307 was extremely sticky. Thankfully I had slippers.

Had roaches and bathroom was dirty bedding wasn't clean

Many places didn't have a working tub, but this location did, which was helpful when traveling with a toddler. There are taco stands and fruteros across the street. They're delish.

Don't take your dog out to use the restroom at might by yourself if you're a lady. Unsafe area.

Did not eat breakfast at the property.

The walls seem to be paper thin. Its nice that you allow pets, but the moment we walked into our room our neighbor's two dogs started barking. It sounded like they were in our room, particularly at the shared interior door. All night long, any noise or movement set the dogs off. People were up and about at 2, 3 and 4 in the morning. We got very little sleep that night. If it wasn't for the noisy dogs and thin walls it would have been a nice stay.

The location was good, there was a little problem with a barking dog.

We would like to have had two beds.

Cleanliness, lotion right by freeway and staff members was great!!!

Very comfy, micro wave Frige, coffee pot and awesome Bath tub .

Will never return to this property

First the room had a really bad smell of of cigarettes, loud people arguing alll night , and the manager was extremely rude and impatient, everywhere was booked and full because of the recent concerts that happened in la so I had to drive quite distance for this hotel to have to deal with a extremely rude manager

Everything about the motel was very nice. It was clean, it was next to bus routes, food was always nearby, there was a laundromat, and it was very easy to check in. I'd stay there again.

My only issue with the stay was the Wifi was rarely working. If you did manage to find it on your phone, it was very spotty.

The entrance was clean the lobby was clean

There was mold in the restroom the elevator was very dirty, the court yard area was dirty getting off the elevator was dirty going to the rooms
