4: Red Roof Inn ​Location: 8730 Artesia Blvd, Bellflower, CA 90706 ​Dates of Stay: Currently Residing (Since July 2026) ​Complaint Description: Upon checking in, I requested that no entry & was violated.

Nothing! There is a lot of unhoused people living at the hotel, out next door neighbor was vacuuming and their kids playing video games until after 2 am!!!

Bathtub dirty/ sink is old and looks dirty/ towels are soiled / no blankets/ no extra towels/ only one toiletry provided although resevation was for 3 people/ one towel provided as well.

Everything they had no blankets they had roaches they had holes in walls 1 room smelled like mold tv didn’t work the room didn’t come with a remote forcing my kids to watch 1 Chanel no fridge no microwave

Absolutely nothing, The picture they have up is false. It's not even anywhere close to that.

Everything was horrible, TV didn't work, lights, no towels I had to walk to get them. The room key didn't work she had to come open my door every time. The screen window was torn, writing on the mirror that said RIP Smokey. Room was dirty.

Toilet got clogged with very little paper and before that happened water wasn’t flushing all the way right. Instead of them unclogging it they gave me the plunger to do it myself . it’s not as clean as it looks in the picture. The only thing I like is loc

No one bothered me

Lock on door broke water pressure low freg loud air loud and didn't work mirror missing.

Bad condition of the hotel and rooms, they did not have good cleaning and smelled like cigarettes

The mini fridge didn't work, tv didn't work either, the ac wasn't working either

The room was infested with roaches. The room was not clean. The staff was not responsive to the roach problem

Pool was clean

Dirty rooms...didn't care to take care of there rooms for the price there taking

This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever been in I killed 10 cockroaches disgusting I asked for a face towel t take a bath I got a bath mat And the staff bad body odor disgusting

Worst experience coming from vegas to visit California

I paid the same for a single bed when I originally paid for a jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi wasn?t working so they moved me to a lower room but kept it at the same price

Very ghetto! TV didn't work. Staff was not helpful. Requested clean towels never received. Horrible surroundings. It was not a good visit.

No and the price was too high for the accomodations we had. I will never stay there again!

The smell of the room was horrible. The bathroom was completely wore down and broken. We had to use a hand towel to turn the water on because it had no handle. The shower curtain was old and smelled horrible like it was rotting. Very disappointed.

If you really only want a reasonably clean room, and that is all you TRULY care about, then this isn't a horrible place. It was the best value on the day I needed it, and I got a decent nights sleep. Room smelled like fresh laundry, and was clean enough.

Sketchy part of town- wouldn't want to take a family here. This the only place I have ever stayed (and I do travel a lot) where they took a $20 CASH deposit for the key and TV remote, even though I paid with an American Express. Bizarre. Dirty exterior.
