Clean and nice

They ran out of breakfast stuff at 9:30 even though breakfast is advertised until 10 am

The staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was better than expected.

The walls are very thin and the beds were not comfortable.

Great location for our needs for this trip. I was very impressed with the design and functionality of the room, and the storage in the room.

The system was down when we arrived and it made for a long wait to check in. There was only one person working the front desk and she seemed overwhelmed by the situation. We were only given when card key and no paperwork when checking in.

Hostess was friendly and helpful. Tge room was clean, spacious and well kept. Close to shopping, resturaunts and highway. The breakfast was outstanding more than expected.

Love how organized and efficient this little "apartment" style hotel is. We love having the full size fridge for keeping our ice packs frozen and whatever we're traveling with. And quite a spread for breakfast to choose from. we love this property!

Really nice staff and a really clean place to be also safely for my kids I will come back for sure

Everything was perfect

The room and it¿s amenities.

Staff and guests were smoking cigarettes and vaping in the pool area and it¿s surrounded area and when you exit the front door to the lobby. My credit card was charged twice @ $50.00 and one returned. The pool water was hot,green,and cloudy.

We loved our stay. Loved the large refrigerator, the breakfast, how clean and fresh everything was and the staff.

The only thing I didn't like was the pool being a little small and no jacuzzi.

The employees are pleasant and helpful, the rooms clean and the eating area was great!

Not really, we did have kids a above us that made some noise but I guess that is to be expected!

Plenty of parking and was located where I needed to be and was close to restaurants and stores. The breakfast options were very good.

Staffing prevented a smooth check in process. The restroom for the lobby did not have sufficient supplies and there was a supply cart just left outside for an extended period of time. Sadly the cart did not have supplies (TP) needed.

Everyone was so nice and anytime I asked for something they were quick to get it to me.

The TV Guide did not work. It was frustrating trying to figure out what I wanted to watch since there was no title. We had a list of channels but didn¿t know what was on that channel.

The only employee for the whole hotel did his best to accommodate every need that arose. I took a picture of the large roach in the sink, but didn’t have the heart to tell the employee at checkout.

There was only 1 employee working on busy Saturday covering reception, telephone, and needs that arose from the pool to the rooms. Although the room was clean, there was a large cockroach in the kitchen sink that couldn’t get out and we left it there.

It’s new and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Staff was great, we liked everything about out stay at Home 2 Suites.

The bed were great

Cleanliness was superb! Lots of room to relax& staff was super nice & helpfull!!

Bathroom was not cleaned properly

The breakfast was good and they restock til breakfast is over which is nice.

Book two rooms and checked in, went upstairs and one room was still being cleaned. Waited in the other room, thinking they’re just wrapping things up. Waited 20 minutes, called front desk and asked for an estimate time it’ll be done, waited another 10 minutes, then it was ready, luckily our other room was ready so we just waited in there. I just thought they’d offer something for the inconvenience but nope.

Always pleased when we stay here, our to go spot when traveling ?

Refrigerator is noisy, had to unplug, this is usually the only issue we've had during our stays

The kitchen

The side door not working, the tiny patch of artificial grass for pets to go potty on, the industrial location, the elevators not working, the breakfast was cold by 7:30, the lady was spraying cleaning chemicals all around us as we were trying to eat breakfast, the WiFi didn’t work. In order to take our dogs potty and load/u load our car, we had to walk to the far other end of the hotel because the key pad on the side door wasn’t working. It was the worst night sleep we had on our 12 day trip. Horrible experience. Would never recommend and I don’t understand why all the good reviews.
