Air conditioner works but made a lot of noise need repair

The beds were comfortable

The bathroom had no fan, enough towels, too small, the housekeeping did not clean very well food left in the sink and floor was dirty.

Big clean pool. Easy to park near room. Away from hustle of Strip.

Toilet didn?t refill with water after flushing on third morning. Found one cockroach. Walls a little thin. Could hear neighbors.

Location socks. In the boonies. Hotel is recently built but poorly taken care of. VYou get NOTHING in the room. No wifi, no drinking cups, no place and quiet.

You can hear the people next door people in the hallway didn't know if my car was safe I see two dead bogs and killed one made me think of the bed was safe to sleep in

Water in sink didn¿t drain, hair on towels and sheets, I called for linens from room but phone didn¿t work, went to the front, service took forever, finally got new DIRTY linens. The smell in room was like burnt rubber, air conditioner wouldn¿t turn of

I really enjoyed the room, clean, and it was spacious. I appreciated the fact that a basket, hangers was provided.

Staff should not be wearing ear pods while at work. Manager could have been more congenial, and spoke more often, not just at check out. Hotels should use the NO PASS ZONE theory, like hospitals do.

Hotel was in a very sketchy location. Warned of people wandering through parking lot at night looking to steal whatever they could. Loud noises from patrons next door, lasting until about 3 am. We left at 4 am, and were stalked by someone in parking lot!!

The walls are super thin. You can hear everything that¿s going on in the other rooms and hallways. There was no soap in the room and there was no coffee maker. Also there was an issue with checking in.

Price & location. The staff were friendly & helpful.

Some of the normal amenities, such as in-room coffee & access to ice were missing. We understand this was done in order to lower the price, but feel the price we paid should have included these items.

First of all location was terrible in a truck stop location all exit and access to freeway were close lots of construction. Hotel host was not helpful only had one bath towel and wash cloth in bathroom. No coffee maker in room or in hotel. No security.

Very good location for our needs. It had a small kitchenette. Was very clean !No breakfast but definitely the price was right.

The location was very poor but not dangerous

I ended up finding another hotel. This was not a nice or even safe place to stay. The neighborhood was questionable, the rooms were not good and I was afraid to park my car for fear it would be broken into.They cancelled my reservation and need a refund
