Best Western Heritage Inn

I liked the fact it was right off the freeway.

The front desk clerk could have been friendlier. I found my room to be rather noisy in the middle of the night. I only stayed one night and when I took my shower before leaving the amount of black dirt that washed off my feet was insane. Dirty floor.

Large comfortable rooms

Only 1 thin blanket on each bed. Breakfast was not very good.

Clean and conveniently located off the freeway with lots of walking distance options for food. Great price and breakfast in the morning.

Check-in took 45 minutes cuz person could not find my reservations and kept telling me we don¿t t have rooms. Rooms dirty, toilet was clogged in one and they wouldn¿t exchange room. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke.

The desk clerk was helpful in reassigning us a room once we realized there was no elevator to the second level. Consideration for elderly guests regarding this might be helpful as a general rule.

What we once started staying in Best Western hotels for, the soft beds, has noticably changed. The AC was left at such a level that it took hours for the room to be comfortable for sleeping.

Good clean quiet

The front desk staff woman was incredibly welcoming which was unexpected for an off highway in the middle of nowhere hotel. Fresh cookies, bottled water, and mints really set the stage for a great experience. Rooms were clean and spacious. Great location.

Firm beds

Very noisy, parking lot was very dirty. Much more like a motel 6 than A Best Western. Will not stay there again.

Totally fine for a quick overnight on the road. Clean room and friendly staff. Beds were very firm though. Not super for a bad back.

During breakfast the cereal bowls fell on the floor and the attendant picked them up and put them back on the counter for reuse instead of throwing them in the garbage and replacing them. This is extremely unhealthy!

It was located conveniently for our purposes and it was clean.

I know cleaning staff needs to get in to clean rooms in the morning; however, we had a late arrival and were not happy to have a knock, loud chatter between employees, vacuuming, and the laundry cart parked outside our door at 8:30 am. Very noisy!

The check in staff were friendly.

The beds were hard. The room smelled like "old cigarettes" probably because people smoking stand right outside the rooms and the smoke is drawn into the air conditioner system. The early morning staff person was sound asleep at check out.

The worst bed ever! Very painful. Couldnt sleep. Stacked pillows underneath me so hips weren't tormented by matress springs

Reducing room rate

Checking in had to try 4 rooms. 1st lock did not wok 2 nd had luggage in it 3rd had do not disturb on door 4th was OK

Bed was comfortable...that is all.

Other reviews include LIES... Breakfast is NOT what they say. Basic, basic continental. No meats, no eggs as they say. We were met by a very unfriendly front desk lady, who kept asking us if we had pets, and it smelled really bad in lobby like curry.

The room and free breakfast was so nice! Considering the price, it was a great deal.

It is located in the middle of countryside and it smelled so badly of cow poops... The Inn is sorta in the back in the block but it still smelled.
