The staff and decor were great

The a/c in room 141 was a bit noisy, but we think something was stuck in it and it resolved halfway through the night.

Office staff , managers friendly and exceptionally helpful. Very close to activity I was attending (1/2 block)

Would loved to have had a hot tub, Almost avoided booking this hotel because it did not have one but otherwise, hard to fault this hotel.

Roomy rooms with lots of space.

Get new towels. The ones in my room were threadbare.

I have to let know about the smell as soon you come inside installations you can tell that is not clean enough. I found cockroaches in the room.

It was in a sketchy neighborhood. Knowing that, I probably wouldn¿t have chosen it. I thought it was right off the highway.

It was super fortified as if it was in a high crime area and my room needed to be detailed cleaned. It would never pass a white glove test.

The location to the event we were attending was great and very affordable. The Marriott was a much higher price and their rooms were not in great shape.

Lack of breakfast choices. But, with covid...totally understandable.

This is an older hotel but well maintained and clean. Breakfast was good...plentiful and tasty, nice presentation. Decent area of town.

There is a sewage smelling waterway that runs right through the middle of the property. You don't know it's there inside but outside the air is very pungent.

The unknowledgeable staff; The staff condoned aggressive pan handlers in the parking lot; The TV guide was totally incorrect; They had a 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Had to get more from the front desk. I will never stay there again.
