I forget her Name But she was at the front desk. She was very helpful I extended my stay and had to swap keys the next day Left a clear note for the next person in the front.…. Very nice and professional

Cleaness

I appreciate the cleanliness and how the room looks. Exactly how the pictures did. And the way the property, it's very secured.

The elevator did not work very well. And there was only 2 of them. You had to walk very far to get to them.

Location was okay but not great. Shower looked nice but didn’t function well. Setup of room was nice but the bed was uncomfortable, as was the bedding. Was told that they have no thing as extra pillows or towels.

A lot: Bed was uncomfortable. Bedding was really scratchy (thankfully I had a backup blanket with me). Bathrooms need to be cleaned better. Maid service doesn’t come daily. No extra pillows or towels. Gym looked kind of gross - needs a deep cleaning. The spa/hot tub doesn’t work and it doesn’t sound like they have any intent to fix it (photo needs to be removed from website). Breakfast was pretty basic - got stomach aches after eating both days. The first day I just thought it was from bad sleep or maybe what I ate the night before. Next day I got the same stomach ache at about the same time I got the one the day before after eating.

Clean and great breakfast. Like that the parking was gated.

Didn’t realize nor was I told of high price for my dog. Was over the top. Had my name wrong. First and last name flipped.

Easy to access the property, walking distance to stores and beds were comfortable.

Hot tub didn’t work. It was cold, asked front desk. She was working on it, but 1.5 hrs later we quit waiting. Big disappointment.

Centrally located near freeway. Clean property with gated parking..no charge. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety to choose from. Rooms were very clean with a comfy bed and pillows. Staff were very nice.

Check in was a breeze. Loved that there was a private gate to enter and park(accessed by room key). Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great!

Noise. Poor soundproofing. Thought I had a herd of elephants in the room above me. Terrible. Could not go to sleep and then was woken at 5;30 am by the noise again

The hotel seems brand new! Very clean, smells new. The room looked hardly used. It was so quiet and peaceful. The gym was nice and had plenty of equipment to choose from, the room was spacious, the breakfast was very nice as well!

The location feels a little sketchy but the hotel is off the main road in its own little safe space. The hotel provides a gate as well to protect your vehicle which made me feel much better.

The fridge was hard to open in the suite. Not functional

Room: good, clean, bed was comfortable for the pair of us. Just stayed one night.Breakfast: the choice of blueberry vs. normal/vanilla waffles was nice, the staff person servicing the breakfast was very courteous and gave me a suggestion or two without my even having to ask.

Breakfast: oat meal was soggy and a bit wattery, not much fruit selection

I'll never come back.

I was thoroughly disappointed in the breakfast. By 9am everything was gone - waffle batter, bagels, cream cheese, syrup, whipped cream. The trash cans were overflowing and disgusting. I also didn't like booking a room, and noting we had a small dog, and paying one fee, only to show up and get hit with an add'l $75 fee. I would have stayed somewhere else.

The breakfast and location were great.

The hot tub was broken, and this was the main reason for staying there, and the pool felt dirty--all else was great -the hotel is clean, and the room is super comfortable.

Both My Wife and I enjoyed just about everything first thing we noticed how clean and fresh it smelled. Our Room was also very clean we stayed 2 days and both days the Breakfast was Great. The Staff were very friendly.

There is nothing we didnt like.

Good selection of breakfast items, very hot coffee, nice variety of seating options for breakfast. I used the exercise room and appreciated the fact that there was a water dispenser available.

The clerk at check-in spoke very softly and even though I asked him twice to speak louder for me, he didn't. The wall next to the toilet was dirty. It had some kind of brown spatters on it and should have been cleaned!
