Staff/location

Initially when we checked in there was a foul smell on the 4th floor seemed like a carpet ordor (possible dog urine smell) but we left and returned 6 hours later that smell had disappeared. Which made our stay pleasant, not a complaint/informative.

Very friendly staff, very clean, and great location by BFL.

The room seemed a bit damp and the AC loud.

Ok, the room was great, nice and roomy, the bathroom was awesome, the door going into it wasn't right next to the toilet, and the shower had a sliding glass door instead of a curtain. The towels were nice and thick, friendly staff, lots of good things.

My only criticism was the freezer part of my in room fridge didn't seem to freeze, and not enough power outlets on the end tables next to the bed, great room otherwise.

Location is the best part

Shower was terrible, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The staff was slow and inefficient.

Check in was fast no delays. Friendly front desk at time of check in. I loved that I was near the door I have arthritis and this made it easy to go back and forth to room and car.

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good and a nice area for eating.

The room had a smell like the carpets were dirty and very noisy from water running from showers running and toilets flushing from room above us.

They offer a great breakfast. There's not a high selection, but what they had was great! The room was nice and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was great, but we were denied an hour extension on checkout, but I was able to squeeze 15 extra minutes out of the Front Desk guy. While sitting in the lobby, we noticed other guests checking out over an hour after checkout with no problem. Hmmm

Very comfortable bed

Bathroom was very dirty. The hotel had multiple leaks and wet spots in common areas.

Front desk employees were super nice and helpful!

Bed pillows were awful! No room safe!

Very clean, nice staff, and good breakfast. This was one of the best hotel I have ever stayed at.

Room was clean and good bed. Was nice they are having breakfast again. I like when they have cooked oatmeal. Most of these hotels have had fresh berries for oatmeal and this one had dried cranberries which are nice but really like the fresh fruit.

The staff is incredibly caring and went above and beyond to make our stay great. The room was very clean and nice and I enjoyed how big the shower was. The breakfast was yummy as well!

The only thing I didn't like was how the pillows were very flimsy and thin but that just may be because I am used to memory foam pillows, so not a big deal at all.

Spacious room, walk in shower, modern furniture. Did not feel like a usual motel room. Very comfortable and clean

The breakfast in a box was a disappointment.

Dirty, rude staff, bug bugs, parking fee extortion, AWFUL experience, NEVER AGAIN.
