Well,It was one of the cheapest on the island. It reminded me of a studio apartment. The advantage was the kitchenette.
Location! Location! Location! Super convenient to everything. Only a block from the beach/shops and a block from grocery store.

Cons -

They only had 1 employee working there. No one could check in on time and multiple people in our wedding party were given keys to rooms that were already occupied by other guests.
Not spacious. Could use some renovations for the price that they charge. The pictures on the website can be very misleading. I know that I reserved a double bed but I received a single bed. The bathroom is very small. Need more counter space.
They could update the carpet on the stairs/hallway in the main areas and remake the coffee when it runs out. Went down at 8:30 one morning and coffee was already gone.

Nothing

Nothing, old hotel not renovated at all since first days. Smells mold and mildew. Very sad that the owner making money and dont want to keep it clean.
