The Hotel was completely gutted and closed for remodeling! I certainly hope you don't try to charge me for it! Thankfully, I found another hotel with a vacant room.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, quiet rooms.

The mattress was comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful.

The phone wasn't connected. One of the lightbulbs was out. The sheer curtains were shredded. The remote control didn't work. For an ADA room, it didn't work. You had to go down the stairs (the elevator didn't work one night).

After checking in we quickly learned there was no breakfast and the hot tub and pool were closed for renovations. The staff was great and helpful, and the hotel is clean.

They should update their property description to reflect amenities and services that are NOT available.

The continental breakfast was great and the most of the staff were great.

The hotel manager was very rude and a total jerk he is a complete discredit to that hotel I won't come back because of him not til they fire him. And they don't have any kind of vending machines at all the closest store is almost a mile away.

There was no internet or tv for the first two days. There were cigarette butts all over the property. Someone had put out cigarettes on the walls on the balcony. There was no weather stripping between the sliding glass doors and the casement was falling.

Friendly staff. Very accommodating for my dog, although understandably not allowed in the dining area. Staff brought the selections I made. Comfy bed. Very clean and tidy.

All of the hotels, I stayed at, cleaned the rooms each and ever day.I stayed there for four days.My room was never ckeaned.I had to chase the staff down for clean sheets and towels.The staff were how ever courteous and friendly.

Bathtub had mildew and was delaminating. Smoke drifted into room from people smoking on 1st floor. Asked for room change and they forgot about me and then said I would have to pay for another room if I chose to move. Clerks did not wear masks.

The check=in staff were all very friendly.

The self-serve breakfast was not available due to COVID but the variety of breakfast items shouldn't have to be reduced just because breakfast is served by the hotel staff. It would be nice if the hotel can resume serving breakfast to pre-COVID level.

Horrible Covid safety. No protocols employed or enforced. Guests & employees without masks throughout the property. Staff rolled their eyes at me when I asked about masks. Clearly they don't care. Protect the breakfast attendant. People were rude to her.

The room was spacious and quite. The first floor rooms have a sliding door to the outside with a small table and chairs. The shower-head had spray features not typically found in a hotel. The free breakfast was good and staff very pleasant.

The first room assigned was not cleaned and had to move. The second room's bathroom was musty smelling but improved when AC was switched on. Prefer rooms that have convenient USB ports for charging.

Great grab and go breakfast-we got ham and eggs one day and eggs and bacon the other. Generous portions. The bed was super comfy.
