Breakfast was great and the hotel was clean and quiet.

The location, we went to take our daughter to CalPoly wish there was a hotel like this in SLO but still not too far.

Big room with kitchen, close to the freeway and good location

Breakfast included and very good.

I think it's a sick building. I've stayed there twice and got severely sick both times. The water quality is terrible (very highly chlorinated)..I did not drink it but did wash vegetables, brushed teeth, and bathed with it. Not a good idea.

The decor, the cleanliness and the staff were polite and professional.

The breakfast was incredible. Quite a selection. I wished I could have stayed more nights to enjoy the entire selection. The fire pits were a nice touch.

The location was somewhat isolated, but worth the drive.

We can clearly hear the footsteps of the room above us. It sounded like a child and it was annoying.

The customer service was excellent. Our rooms were very clean and well stocked. We loved the spaciousness and how the rooms had all the comforts of home. The complimentary breakfast buffet was very nice and full of variety. I highly recommended this place

No everything was great

Front desk employees are very professional, understandable, and provided at home feel of environment. They handle certain situations and did there best to go above and beyond my expectations to give me peace and not stress.

hotel night manager. Very disrespectful, very rude, he tried to use a form of scare tactic by calling the police to make me leave the property. He made a very great experience turn bad in 2 minutes. Tried leaving and I noticed he followed me outside.

we hear stamping on the floor above our room; nonetheless, everything else is great

I liked the cleanliness of the room, and the early check in.

No hot breakfast due to COVID, and limited use of pool for the same reasons. We came with 3 small children, so it was a bit of a bummer.

pool was only open by reservations, this should have been made clear at time of booking. Staff were rude. We were there for two nights, and not once were our rooms serviced i.e no house keeping was done, we were told they were booked.

The room was spacious, beds were comfortable

I never asked for a handicap room and that’s what I was given. The restroom floor was dirty the toiled inside was stained. Seemed new from the outside but the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been

So clean every where in hotel.Staff was friendly and helpful. Will come back when traveling.

What I Liked Most About Hotel, Super Quiet , and I Liked how they locked the doors at Night.
