Hyatt Place at Anaheim Resort / Convention Center

Excellent location, delicious breakfast, pretty and very clean rooms!

Beautiful and modern location. Close to Disneyland and Disney walk. Friendly and capable staff. A key is needed to operate the elevators between floors - makes solo (specifically women) travelers feel safer.

The actual room was next to elevators, where guests tend to be loud, children don't know any better and run, squealing and laughing. I was awakened with loud, happy sounds at 5:30 am.

Room was spacious, clean, everyone was nice, and breakfast was delicious, so many options!! We stayed 4 days. Located close to Disneyland shuttles. Lots of parking on property($35/day).

The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Staff were friendly & accommodating. It was in a good position within walking distance to Disney & food. Breakfast every day was plentiful. Pool & hot tub area welcomed after a long day walking g around theme parks. This is our 2nd time staying @ a Hyatt Plzce & we have been satisfied on both occasions

The shower took an unusually looooong time to heat up. Would need to turn it on for at least 5 minutes before any hot water was to be seen.

Staff was great, fixed multiple issues quickly and professionally. Due to quite a few issues the first 36 hours of our stay, the manager comped our parking but it needed to be readjusted at check out which was frustrating. It's a good location. Safe parking lot. Easy walk to the convention center and about 10 minutes from Disney.

Room was VERY noisy. From the traffic noise, to the plumbing, to the climate control there was SOOOO much noise. Even the bed was noisy. We had to have maintenance come and repair a squeak to the mattress support. Barely moving on the bed made noise. In addition, the phone in the room would randomly ring and not stop. After maintenance came and unplugged the handheld unit, we still ended up giving it to reception because it was clearly possessed and kept ringing with the battery plugged in. Then, the receiver started ringing randomly but no one was calling. If you stay here, ask for a room off the street, a not squeaky bed, and an unpossessed room phone. At night, the lights in the room are more "ambient" than helpful. I had to use my cellphone flashlight more than once. The bathroom had lots of hair in the shower when we arrived so we had to ask for a reclean, overall house keeping was so so especially in the bathroom. The breakfast is limited if you can't have gluten. You'll be doing yogurt with fruit and eggs. The potatoes are not guaranteed to be gluten free but I took a chance and was ok.

Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean. Excellent breakfast.

Great location, great family room, great breakfast, and easy walk to the parks. And lots in places to eat if you are still hungry after leaving the amazing food options at the parks.

Beautiful hotel, very large and busy. It was convenient to have coffee and food available for purchase on site. It is pricier than other hotels nearby and does not have free breakfast.
