Pros +

It is an older motel that has now been refurbished and has very nice rooms. The front desk staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking and restaurants and shopping were nearby. I really enjoyed my week long stay.
Clean and quiet
The location is close to a bunch of good restaurants

Cons -

There was either a herd of buffalo staying above me or they kept rearranging the furniture at 5am
There was no clock in the room so I had to go buy one.
Room had bugs and was very dirty
