Location.
It is a Motel 6 after all. Inexpensive, not many amenities, but it was clean and staff were helpful and friendly. I read some reviews, but I had no issues. Y

Cons -

Poor shower pressure. Next to train tracks. Heard trains going by all night.
The room was severly overpriced in my opinion. The TV did not work well. Changing channels was difficult and at times the visual part stopped even though the sound continued. The water faucets in the bathroom were labeled wrong. Hot was cold etc.
It was fine for the cost.

The rooms were great. Flooring wasnÂ¿t as clean as other hotels. Needed to wear footwear around. The location was perfect.

Disrespectful guests not realizing talking outside rooms wakes people up. Not hotel responsibilities but frustrating. Trains and jets made times uncommunicative if it happened but again not hotel. Floors were extremely dusty from day one. Shoes
