The manager agreed to give me a refund.

This hotel is filthy and should not be listed on the app. It’s bug infested and looks nothing like the photos on the app. Mattresses stacked in the dining area and rear hallway. Carpet and furniture dirty and foul smelling. I was outraged!!!

The toilet was extremely low and the room was in poor condition burn marks on the bedspread

It took us a 1/2 hour to find it because they shut the sign light off when there full could not find. The door know was broke so it was hard to get in..

size of the room. the patio was nice. location was good. breakfast was good.

In the morning, I am in the shower and I discovered, I did not have a bar of soap. When I returned that night, I asked the staff. A young, long haired man explained to me that the distributor did not deliver any......continued below.

Rooms are dated and small but clean

People were pleasant. But that wasn't getting the services provided or the rooms cleaned or maintained.

No pool. Poor quality accomodations. Poor/stale breakfast food. Building in need of total overhaul.

Was close to where we were going

The pool is closed and appears to have been for a while. The breakfast wasn¿t very good either, limited food and the eggs and sausage were burnt and dried out.

It was close to where we going. Air conditioning worked. Good water pressure.

This hotel was WAY overpriced. Nothing nice about it. One room smelled so awful. I wish I could include pictures of the disgusting pool and the bbq. Didn¿t even want the breakfast. Towels were dirty, went to get new ones that were equally as dirty.

I didnt see any bugs.

No bar soap, no elevator. The room was cramped and old. No built in closet. The AC was either off or on, no auto setting. Overall it was clean but I was just disappointed.

Holes in wall. Painting not finished. Mold growing in bathroom.carpwt stained and filthy. When curtains closed dirt and dust flew all over.

Nothin, will NEVER stay at this hotel or any chain of this hotel.

There was no swimming pool, the main reason I booked this hotel. I got into town a little early and they said there were no rooms to get early even offered to pay. The staff was rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. It¿s like a hotel for druggies.

A comfortable bed.

Fridge but no microwave oven.4 staff members were blowing leaves off the grounds when we left. This threw up a great deal of dust, over us and all cars on the property.

Door handle fell off when we entered room. They put us in a new room. Not super clean, paint peeling off wall, HUGE cockroach in bathtub

We had a broken window covered by the curtain. Place was worn. Breakfast was not up to what they charged for a room.

ADA room was inadequate and unsafe. Entire property badly needs upgrading/remodeling.

Parking lot full of holes. No lines showing where to park.

Staff was helpful.

Bathroom was so small you had to step between toilet and bathtub to close the door. Tile floor into bathroom was sticky. Items still in refrigerator from previous occupant.

Good location for rodeo, Helpful Staff, good vibe overall, had breakfast, flexible checkout time.

The guy working the front desk was nice to deal with
