Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Tucson Tech Park

It was clean. The continental breakfast was really bountiful and the people around were nice and helpful.

The only drawback the reason I didn’t give it 10 was because very poor lighting in the room. It was very dark.

Clean property, perfect location and comfortable room. Definitely exceeded our expectations.

The room and common areas were clean.

The tv did not work - there were no channels. When we called down to get help, we were told that someone was coming on Monday to fix it (we checked in on Friday). These were older model tvs so we couldn't even project our phones to the tv either.

The beds were very good

This hotel only provides room service every other day and in our case room service was minimal. They did not empty the trash they did not provide extra toilet paper paper or lotions by the sink and in the shower. Not what we expect from a Hampton.

This was a fairly new hotel. Everything was up to date and in good working order. Everything was clean.

The breakfast was nice and the woman At the front desk was very nice

The shower had hair in it from the previous guest. They don¿t clean in between nights you stay unless you ask.

Clean, calm, and quiet.

All around Tucson the bugs have gotten really bad, just outside the doors I had to dodge a lot of grasshoppers everywhere. Not sure if that is something manageable or not since the monsoons are a recent challenge with all the bugs

Breakfast options were very limited. No drink options other than water and coffee .

Bed was comfortable, but not enough pillows. A/C was ice cold.

Room don't have a microwave for my convenience.

Amazing staff, great/clean rooms, good breakfast. No complaints!

The staff were super friendly and accommodating when I made a mistake with our reservations. My family loved the breakfast in the lobby & the rooms were comfortable & spotless. It was a nice touch that they had snacks & drinks for sale in the lobby.

The cost of the room was higher than I would have liked, but there are no other hotels in the area, so we didn't really have a choice. At least we got what we paid for.

Clean room, locations was good and safe. The bed was small.

The beds had a metal box and kept making noise, the doors were thin and you could hear all the noise in the Hallway.

It was more expensive than most of hotels in area

This hotel was extremely clean and the layout of the hotel was really nice
