AC Hotel Tucson Downtown

It was very nice, modern, and clean. Nice little bar by the pool overlooking part of downtown. Friendly staff too.

I thought breakfast was free but it was $20/person. Probably worth it but it¿s close too a lot of restaurants so I just explored the area.

I really enjoyed the friendly staff not sure if spelled correctly, but she definitely made me want yo come back and stay again. Location is also a plus and 6th floor pool. The decor was awesome as well!

All the lights in the room were connected to one switch. Unable to turn the bathroom light on in the middle of the night without turning on the bedroom lights and waking my spouse. There was missing tiles in the shower as well.

I loved how clean everything was.

We opted for the room with a balcony. The view was a city view and looked gorgeous at night, the balcony however was tiny! One one chair... and the room was smaller than the normal room... definitely not worth the upcharge. I also go charged $20 to park.

Hotel location is the best

Best was very uncomfortable and room was next to elevator and was so loud all night. Staff was unable to move rooms.

The hotel is next to a nightclub. From around 10 pm until 2 am the music was incredibly loud. I was on the 6th floor and it was truly unbearable. I stuffed my ears with Kleenex but that wasn’t helpful at all. The reverberation and the bass made it feel t like the building was actually vibrating. Add to that the noise of the people. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the country for over 50 years and this has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had. The City of Tucson needs to have some sort of noise control ordinance. I was going to stay two extra nights but no way would I subject myself to that again. I don’t know how the hotel can even operate with this nightclub next door. I was told when I checked in that there would be some noise from the nightclub but my room was in a quieter area and it should be fine. It is after midnight and I can’t believe that I have been subjected to something like this. It’s as if I am right in the middle of the nightclub!

Good location

Our room faced the outdoor music venue where they played very very loud music outdoors until 2:00am. So we did not get much sleep. We were not informed of any of this when we checked in.

Front Desk employees were excellent

Valet parking attendant was not helpful. No carts available when checking in or checking out for our luggage and personal items. Staff did nothing to remedy

this is a great hotel and tremendous value. the design was fresh and the staff was great.
