Really comfortable. Great staff. Some construction going on but did not disrupt our stay.

Was had a proper kitchenette, a comfortable couch and a bathtub.

There were some reno-related problems but the staff handled them.

The rooms have not yet been remodeled, but are very comfortable and quiet. The price was a good enough value to overlook the remodeling inconveniences.

The hotel is undergoing renovation right now. Some inconveniences. The pool and breakfast areas were closed, but there is an arrangement with the hotel next door to cover both.

I loved that it had a full kitchen..

They had construction going on, and updating their lobby so that could be why I didn't give a 10 on everything... The breakfast was almost non existent.

Branches near the window need to be trimmed. They make noises when Windows move them and hit the window glass

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Was very impressed with this place, and they're accommodating guests during the renovation quite well. We'll stay here again when we return to Tucson.

Hotel under remodel. Once it is done it will be great. Rooms have ovens. Staff is top notch. During remodel gym and breakfast is next door at Hampton Inn.

Parking can be tight if they are sold out.

Value. Rooms have ovens for cooking. Once the renovation is complete, it will be great! They have made accommodations for breakfast, gym, etc. at Hampton Inn next door. Ask for an odd room in the main bldg. for more sunlight.

In the process of being renovated. Room never got much sunlight. No local shuttle.

the room is very neet. the staff is very cool. we were surprised when we enter the room and realize that there was a small kitchen.

the breakfast room was kind of small. if the major quantity goes to have breakfast at more or less the same hour, they will not fit in the room. should have a bigger room to host breakfast

The hotel did not say you had to be 21 to rent a room. The front desk was very rude to me and did not want to give me my room. I was treated unjustly and would never return to this hotel. I was not even given a chance to ask for a twin bed room.

Location and kitchenette worked beautifully.

I had to clean the tub of soap powder remains.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, the room was clean and nice. The kids played in the pool and we all had a great stay.

The kitchenette and little extras were great, the girl at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating as I couldn't find my license but room was prepaid be so they worked with me.

Room had a struck match smell but we just opened the windows.They said there was a 40 dollar room deposit,figured it would be put back on the card,they took 250 on top of that and now acct. is negative and they didn't tell me or say there was a problem.

The room smelled like a dog kennel. Rancid urine smell. The water in the bath ran brown as well as the sink. I will never stay here again.

Very nice and accommodating staff. This room has a full kitchen, King Bed plus a sofa bed. I did not need this but it would be nice for a young family.. even more so given the inclusion of breakfast. The hotel seems nearly new.

The Northwest location was not good for me. The casinos are far South, and the nearest movie is about 10 miles north of the hotel. No jacuzzi but pool was comfortably heated.

Room had everything we could need. The staff was excellent..

The only thing I did not like was the location of the swimming pool.
