Staff was friendly upon checkin.

The hotel did not meet expectations. It is quite old and rooms need to be renovated. There is something strange about the ceilings. The rooms are very dark, headboards had lots of scratches and marks that had been colored in with marker.

rude staff, 10 parking fee, small rooms ,no clock 3 small towels for two quests,lighting was poor ant the hotel was over priced.

Fantastic lobby with pool table, games and great bar.

The beds were comfortable

I feel like the pictures online were an exaggeration of how things were in real life, like the pool was smaller than it looked for sure. I am NOT pleased with the fact that they charge $10 per night to park my car. I have never had a hotel do that.

Clean, comfortable, location, easy

Price changes all the time on a whim, when there's a event in town, or they start getting booked up, not consistent in room price.i feel laken advantage of at times. Maybe a little greedy on there part.

I'm not really sure

The rooms seem really worn out for being a new-ish hotel. It was super dark in the rooms. The lighting was super inadequate. The staff left something to be desired. The website made it look a lot better than it was.

It was handy for my needs, clean and comfortable.

The street in front was a little noisy, but I just took out my hearing aids and slept well.

The location next to the University of Arizona is great. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating.

The carpet in my room was looking a bit tired and in need of deep cleaning. The noise level is ok not great - if facing Speedway there's lots of traffic noise and if facing the back then HVAC noise, at least where my room was situated this time.

I liked that the back door was right next to the elevator, so I could get right to my room. I liked being able to look over the streets from high up.

There was no free breakfast, which I thought was insane given the cost. Also I had to pay $10 for parking, twice, which I was never told about until I was checking out. I found this quite upsetting. I would have parked at the bagel shop if I¿d known about

Pool should be heated and closed way too early, especially for a central location. Only standard rooms available, room service limited and no hot breakfast, despite advertising inside the elevators.

It was clean the staff was nice and the location is decent.

I am aware that we are living in strange times but for the price and the star rating I would have been a lot happier if the restaurant was open. They should have at least had a decent snack bar to replace the lack of food options.

Just a good place. Helpful staff, great rooms, and location.

The room was clean and quiet

I had things stolen and damaged out of my truck in their underground parking garage that I had to pay for

Besides location I stay there because they have a bar and food services If I had known that they had both shut down I would have stayed somewhere else ...... at least tell us or give us a discounted rate or something ??

Walking distance to University of Arizona. Also, the unique layout of the room and the interior design. Most of all - - - the mountain views!!!!!

The bathroom grout needed a bit of attention and so did the shower glass.

The hotel was clean, in a great location to the hospital, and the staff was friendly. The bar was hip & fun! Hotel employee was a great bartender! He makes a fine Tito's martini.

They were having problems with hot water, so the sink water was lukewarm, but the shower had hot water so it was fine.

The fire alarm started going off at 7:30 in the morning. When we went downstairs to evacuate the staff could not answer any questions just kept saying they thought that maybe someone just pulled the alarm. There was no apology for inconvenience.

I got a charge of $50.00 which I will question tomorrow. There was a parking fee for only $6.00, so i don't know where the $50.00 charge came from. There was no mini bar or anything in the room that could be charged.
