    Pros +

    • location
    • It looks modern but service is not good
    • Easy access to the university.

    Cons -

    • Fire alarm noise in next room and that you rented the next room after the fire alarm was removed, not very safe.
    • They are very cheap like Frontier Airline. No amenities, no bathroom set, slippers or rope, and not even a bottle water. They charge parking fee like in the strip of Las Vegas while the hotel is in Tucson. The parking key has never worked.
    • We stayed over the weekend and it was incredibly loud outside with college kids partying late into the night. We could hear everything, perhaps because our room faced the echoing alley. It was the worst nights of sleep that I?ve ever had at a hotel.

Very convenient location by campus and by restaurants within walking distance.

Rude front counter staff, hotel charges for parking on the weekends (Saturday & Sunday) when the parking garage is free parking to the public on the weekends, the hotel room toilets have brown streaks inside the toilet bowl.

Very well kept facility. The food staff was very nice.

One of the check-in personnel was not very nice. Everyone else was great. Parking was not great, and the extra cost, but Valet did a good job.

Nice, clean hotel that is well maintained. Friendly staff.

The location was great. Breakfast downstairs was a fair price. The Hotel itself was magnificent.

After we checked in we discovered there was no swimming pool. That was a big let down. When I booked, I assumed all Marriots had a swimming pool so didn't bother to ask.

no heating working, extremely noisy at night. I was with a handicapped person and we were urged to move extremely fast from the hotel curve

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-22-2022

The hotel is centrally located at the University of Arizona campus with easy access to eateries in walking distance, shopping and parking. The hotel was recently renovated, spacious rooms, and Netflix streaming options.

Had a little snafu w the WiFi and hotel employee was very helpful in fixing it. Room was dark and quiet. A few crumbs in the pull-out sofa when unrolled. Gym was useful. Convenient location w easy street parking. There wasn¿t any water in the gym area though

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-19-2021

    Food, updated furnishing.

I could not checkin at 3:00 pm as they were still cleaning the rooms.

Neighboring room folks were too loud and noisy at 3am, I had to call reception desk twice. We found a big cockroach!!!!!

Location was perfect for visiting the university; room was spacious and very well kept. Really like the open layout of the hotel.

We thought it had a pool - our error. Wished there was more than a morning cafe service, but understand with COVID.

Cleanliness and attention to covid safety

    Noisy neighbors

    10AmandaPosted on: 1-22-2021

Very clean, modern rooms and building.

The sound levels coming from within and outside the hotel could get fairly loud.

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-8-2021

Nice location, lots of options within walking distance. Clean hotel friendly staff

When I asked for an extra pillow I was told they didn't have any available.

Newly remodeled rooms and lobby. Very nice fitness center. Overall great deal.

    CLeaning service is non-existent nowadays.

    3DaunePosted on: 11-20-2020

They charge $15 a day for parking and no complementary water. Water is very expensive. Make sure you budget for this.

    5RexPosted on: 10-2-2020

    Very clean

Alarms going off at 6am which we didn't set, room # penned illegibly on check-in

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-13-2020

    Bed very comfortable

Staff stole my laptop when I was checking in and had to file a police report. The location's pool was also closed which was the main reason I booked the hotel in the first place.
