Hampton Inn & Suites Tucson-Mall

Size of room and TV size was great. The air conditioner worked well.

We were on 2nd floor, and there was noise from room overhead. It seems like the floors didn¿t have any sound insulation. The seating in the breakfast area is too communal, it would be better to have separate tables.

Rooms were large and clean. Staff was nice

Not a super fan of powdered eggs - think you could use reg eggs and the breakfast would have been awesome. That¿s really the only change I¿d recommend

The desk in the room is very close to the A/C unit and I couldn't work there when it was on.

Rooms were dated and furniture old, carpet in rooms was old and worn. Staff was just ok and not accommodating. Good price for time I stayed.

No housekeeping available. Front desk stated no housekeeping was available. Hallway smelled of weed. Had to empty own trash and place towels along with garbage outside of room.

They had breakfast and the staff was super nice. The tv also had chrome cast which was cool

I liked everything about the hotel

I paid in advance online and when I went to check in they tell me I need a 50.$ deposit which they didn't tell me any online not even in the fine print. So I'm out all my money. No refund or Chang of day or anything

NEAR LOCATION I WANTED TO BE.I ENJOYED THE BREAKFAST.THE PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS NICE AND FRIENDLY, ACCOMIDATING WHEN SOMETHING IS NEEDED OR REQUESTED.WE ALWAYS STAY AT THIS HOTEL WHEN IN TOWN.

HAVING A SMALL CAFE TO HAVE A LIGHT SNACK/MEAL OR SOMETHING TO DRINK (SODA,ETC)WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE.NOT ENOUGH CHOICES OF FOOD AT BREAKFAST.

The wifi connection worked amazing was able to finish up some college work and the room was amazing great shower very clean.

We got a room with a door to the adjoining room. The TV and the conversations from that room could easily be heard by us since the soundproofing of the door was poor.

Room seemed worn and in need of repair. Under sink had leak. Main bedroom lights went on and off for two days randomly because of electrical problem . Garbage was not emptied in bedroom.
