Hampton Inn Tucson-Airport

We did not have any room service for two days. Had to call the manager to get towels delivered.

Location only a minute from the airport.

Walked into room and had an ongoing allergy attack. Don't know whether it was the chemicals or what. Wife suggested it was dust mites. Not happy as I was nose running and itchy most of the night.

I liked that the hotel looked clean and the bed was comfortable.

There was dust where the iron was located at and there was chipped furniture in the room. The chair at the table was not sturdy and I almost fell when I sat down on it.

The shower was not cleaned before we were given the room. The staff wasn¿t the most friendliest. Check-in staff didn¿t explain anything. Check out staff didn¿t ask about our stay.

Night clerk woke us at 1:00 am, attempted to enter our room. Claimed we were not entered in the system yet at checkout knew we were prepaid. Had an early flight and could not get back to sleep. Worst hotel stay ever.

I was very happy with the hotel. Awesome service from the shuttle employee!

The shower seemed to drain very slowly and was afraid it would overflow, so showered quickly. I was leaving at 3am so didn't contact front desk.

Excellent, friendly staff. Good breakfast. It was very quiet for being so close to the airport. Conveinent to the events I attended. Seemed to be very clean.

Bitter coffee. YUK.

The staff was _riendly up and until I had an emergency situation and now the manager and staff are holding my service animal and medications hostage. Over all customer service and communication with guest

Fernando Page has been rude and disrespectful. He led me to believe that on December 2nd after 6 pm he was going to the hotel and pick our belongings and my service animal Chester. Around 1 am that same night I received a call from the Hampton Inn Airpo

Nice hotel, warm pool, good breakfast.

Planes taking off were extremely loud starting at 5:50 AM.

Have stayed here many times. Location is walking distance to airport, but is very quiet. Staff is always nice and welcoming. Room is clean and modern. Breakfast is included and has variety. Pool are is very nice for an in-and-out airport hotel.

Did not like that you could not adjust fan or temperature in room.

The room was very nice and up to date. it was very comfortable. It had a very nice balcony over looking pool. The breakfast had a good selection and was very good.

We had a back room and the parking lot is very dark and scary as we didn't know the area. Asking for front room next time.

Very comfy bed and spacious room.

Location is not great unless you need airport access.

The hotel was very clean, well organized and the breakfast was good too.

The hotel gym is very small and very limited. Future tired travelers beware: The air national guard flies jets out of Tucson that are much louder than commercial jets. They woke us up. But they are pretty awesome to watch.

A customer checking in at the same time was thanked for being a participant in the Honors Program and given rewards. We weren't offered that as an option. Since reception wasn't busy, that option could have easily been explained and offered.

The price and location were perfect. The rooms are a lot bigger than they looked in the pictures.

Complimentary coffee

Fitted sheet on bed inside out. Exposed wiring near AC unit, mattress exposed-mattress corners frayed. Bathroom toilet taking 3-4 flushes and still not completely flushing. Price didn¿t reflect a 3 or 3.5 star hotel as advertised
