Hotel employee was exceptionally helpful & polite. We enjoyed his recommendations for dining.

Show curtain rod was droopy & would not allow for closure of the curtain. Floor got wet no matter how hard you tried to avoid it.

The young man at the front desk was extremely helpful and professional. The room was also clean. The towels were clean!

Not enough parking for oversized vehicles, trucks, RVs, we are traveling cross country in moving van.

The breakfast was good. The room was clean and staff was fairly prompt.

The TV didn?t work so we had to have Desk come up and fix the TV the next day. Also, the vanity light was working correctly putting makeup onYon. I asked the day after we checked in to get light fixed I asked the next day again that night not repaired

Maid service was awful didn?t speak English took dirty towels and left us with nothing. Guy at the desk was rude didn?t try to work with us just kept making excuses. Had the same breakfast during our stay 3 days

It was warm and mostly clean. The coffee/ cookie in the reception was fresh and flavorful.

We asked for a room away from the noise of the freeway and we were given a room above the reception desk, right next to the freeway. The refrigerator in the room is loudly, cycling on and off and the clean sheets on the bed are stained with blue dye dots.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. We liked the complimentary breakfast.

The bathroom fan sounded like the end of the world.

Prior guest blocked the bathroom sink with rice. Informed front desk sink was not draining. They left a snarky note not to put rice down the sink. I had no rice ¿¿

Great Staff!

The room was not well cleaned...hair on bathroom floor, bad remodel job (wallpaper patched in some places and where new lights had been installed the old holes - some larger than 2 inches - could still be seen). Very poor continental breakfast!

Cleaning service is not good, Had to ask a few times before room cleaning is done.

Room was musty, ait would not cool room, hallway smelled horrible of marijuana, bed was super uncomfortable

Staff was great, very polite and extremely nice. Totally accommodating. Breakfast was great as well.

My 4 yr old found crumpled up hot pink panties under the bed. That was the only negative experience.

The front desk woman was very helpful to me with email and faxing. The only "complaint" we had was that it was dark in the room - there was no lamp on the desk. We were brought a lamp and it fixed the issue immediately!

The pool was not heated. I came from Alaska and always make sure to check the pool. My grandchildren wouldn't even get in. We ended up using the whirlpool - wish there was a light in it.

I enjoyed everything about my stay. The staff, the room and the location made for a wonderful stay at this hotel. I have stayed here before and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Tucson.

Reasonably close proximity to the airport, without the disruption of overhead noise, polite and personable staff, clean room

The bed in our room was so amazingly comfortable, I am calling the hotel to see what brand it is so I can sleep that well at home. The front desk was quick getting us checked in and when the room we booked wasn't ready, she upgraded us free!

There is a slight lack of plug outlets in convenient places throughout the room. I would love to see one on top of the desk and one on each nightstand, but otherwise, I am hardpressed to find many flaws.

Small room, breakfast very ordinary, everthing microwaved. Location away from any restaurants.

it stated free wifi, but we were unable to use it because the connection was poor.

It was clean and comfortable; staff was nice. The Continental Breakfast was more than minimal, but what I expected.

The location with respect to the University of Arizona. It was 15 minutes away.
