It?s clean and staff is always very friendly and accommodating.

The rooms are very small but I guess they?re in line with the rate charged and purpose of stay.

Friendly greeting and comfortable bed.

Chefs quit so no food offered. Starbucks coffee served hotel coffee not Starbucks (and they didn¿t tell me until I pointed it out). Staff playing on phones and annoyed by interactions that interrupted their phone time.

Staff were super nice. The room was kinda weird. There was a dip in the floor. Probably not typical. It wasn't crowded, and was a block from the mall.

Hotel was dated and room had musty smell.

Excellent staff and hotel was well maintained.

The room was smaller than my closet. Tiny counter in bathroom which is literally in the room. That¿s what I get for letting you choose my hotel. That will never happen again.

Hard Bed

Pleasantly surprised. Newly remodeled room was very comfortable. Walking distance to Olive Garden, Pita Jungle and other local restaurants. Easy access to all of the eastside of Tucson.

Cleanliness

The lady that was that took out food order at the cafe was very short. It appeared she did not want to take out order. As we waited for our food it sat on the counter ready to go without telling us it was done. We were in the lobby waiting for it.

Tiny pool. Overpriced food. Super cramped vanity. There was nowhere to put our bath things. Even worse when we had to put the coffee tray on the vanity to make the coffee.

The room was big and comfortable. I liked the lobby too.

I didn't like that the bathroom didn't have a fan in it.

Room and towels dirty. Wales super thin. Hard to sleep so noisy

The young man who checked me in was awesome. Give him a raise and a promotion.
