Candlewood Suites Tucson By IHG

Staff was very nice and helpful.

The asphalt worked for 2 days. No parking.

Good for the price nice hot tub!

Smokers smoke too close sometimes drifts in window.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

People living at the hotel felt. A room next door had a welcome mat and another room had a doorbell on it.

Morning staff was very pleasant.

The room did not match what was shown on website. Dark room that was much smaller than expected. Beds coverings looked completely different from those pictured. There were no headboards for the beds. Pillows were leaning against the wall.

location convenient, internet worked well, good services on site

Seemed to be many long term residents that were quite noisy above us. Bed was quite small for 2

Room amenities - full-sized fridge, pots, pans, plates etc., are great.

Lack of housekeeping is a problem. Over a ten-day stay, housekeeping did not come once. This is unacceptable for the price paid.

Rooms were large and bed was very comfortable.

Rooms were old, decor sparse. Carpet was worn and stained...floors in bathroom had very dirty grout. I wore flip-flops the entire time. Walls were very thin and we could hear other guests talking and continously pounding/walking on our ceilings.

The air conditioning didn¿t work in the room and they made me wait more than an hour to change rooms. They never explained to me about the cleanliness of the room and they didn¿t clean my room.

The front desk staff were great, very welcoming and informative. The room was quiet and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel

Size of the disabled room and ability for a person if they required a wheelchair to freely maneuver around.

Shower is not suited for people who need to be sitting in the shower,or require a hand held device.

very quiet location and room, comfortable beds, nice kitchenette

Not much to like

Room smelled like rancid milk. Seemed like a dorm hall, weird people hanging out by elevator and in the hallway. Good thing we were only passing through.

New and very clean. Bed was comfortable

Shower only worked on the hottest setting. Otherwise, water didn't come out well.

Location, views

Upon checking in, I was impressed. This hotel was very clean, the staff was polite and welcoming, and the room was fantastic. I was very pleased with the full size refrigerator and kitchen stocked with dishes and everything. I highly recommend this hotel.

Easy to get to. Very clean. In proximity to our destination sites.

Not really - all good.

Kitchen, free laundry, location

no breakfast

It is in a good location. The room we stayed in although not what we paid for was clean and the amenities were nice.

I paid for a double bed suit but was given a single bed suit because the double bed room reeked of urine. We were not compensated for the price difference.

Staff was very friendly and thoughtful

there were not enough carts to load/unload our vehicle. Only tow for a four story hotel. We couldn't get one at all when we left. The carts there were too small. - no overhead bar for hanging clothes. Hotel needs 6-8 carts of a better type.

Very professional staff and extremely clean and comfortable room.
