Hilton Vacation Club Varsity Club Tucson

Friendly staff. Amenities. Large room

The shower heads are awful

Spacious room, kitchen option, separate living room, good bathroom set up

Bed mattress older and over soft, too bouncy, disturbing other sleeping in bed when move, pillows aplenty, but did old feeling.

Very clean!

Bring your own shampoo, cond., and shower gel. These were so harsh on the hair and the shower gel took a long time to come off (Crabtree & Evelyn brand), especially if you have sensitive skin and sensitive to perfume-y smells.

Value for the money. You get basically an apartment. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and then in a 2 bedroom. Both were excellent. Loved that there was free use of a washer and dryer on each floor and that the vending machines are card operated.

It was clean

It was dated and for the price felt overpriced. They added a resort fee which seemed unnecessary since I was staying for business. Resort fees were included for games, billiards, etc. not amenities.

Room size a location were great.

Cleanliness was not top notch. When we arrived in room there was a used dirty tissue and store receipt on the Master bedroom dresser.

Very good quality and price was excellent

Lots of noise from Speedway boulevard into the early morning hours. Will definitely ask for a room away from street next time. Also no blackout curtains I'm the living room area, only shears which allow anyone on the street to see into the room after dark

Excellent staff, size and comfort room, location.

Nice room for the price.

$200 deposit too high People were openly sneaking dogs into the hotel

Great location. Secure and quiet. Huge room! Great amenities! It was quite a surprise!

The pool and spa should stay open until 11p.m.

Staff, beauty, decor and laundry access

Clean, spacious, full kitchen - it is like a small 1 bedroom apartment or condo

Pillows are too soft

The hotel staff is always friendly, accommodating & the rooms are always clean and beautiful

Check out time

Location near University of Arizona. Restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking.

The wifi in our room was terrible. I complained three times to staff and nothing was done except for making excuses that staff contradicted. They charge a resort fee that includes wifi. I asked about a partial refund. No response from management.

Staff was great. We had a problem with one of the airconditioners, and maintenance was quick to remedy the problem. Room and facilities were clean and well maintained.

Nice suite.

Showing age and wear. Needs carpets replaced.

Pantry selection,fitness center machines,location,refrigerator and microwave,room safe

Awful check in process as they couldn¿t retrieve my reservation even with confirmation numbers and had to call the manager at her home to come down to process it which took a long time

It was room, clean and nice

It was classified a resort, but a pool table and a ping pong table does not make it a resort

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Pool was terrific. Great to have games available such as ping pong, and DVD players and movies to watch.

No breakfast on site.

Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and great location.

Waited a long time to check in. Did not get 1/3 rooms until 5:20 p.m. I had 4 little ones waiting in the car over 25 minutes.
