Yes the bathroom got clogged and called about around 1130am I was told they would send someone and never did so later on I reached again and was told she’s alone but can give me a plunger and I can do it myself and I did

The staff was friendly.

Found a vape pen under the bed. No shower curtain so I tried calling the front desk and the phone didn¿t work. The tv screen had white lines down the screen. There was a used soap bar in the shower. I questioned the cleanliness of the room.

This hotel was extremely overpriced for what it was. The room was old and outdated, it had chipped paint on the walls and the furniture, it didn't feel clean, the drink cups wrapped in plastic had holes in it. I wouldn't be able to recommend this hotel.

I can sleep very well, and it was comfy area of the hotel, quiet and relax floor, thank you about that, I recommend this hotel and will use again as well...

parking is crowning a little, I have to parking on the back area and it was very dark that side of the hotel, but the great think they have open from the back to, we just use our key to get in, I feel safe anyways

AC working well. The room doesn’t have enough storage space. Floor could use power shampoo. Fridge freezes every thing even water bottles. Bed sheets had permanent stains. It is not worth the money.

Misleading by saying they offer breakfast and they are not. They should remove add from website.

Sink was no stopped up, Tub was stopped up, had to hold toilet handle to flush.

Good deal for a nice room with a comfortable bed. Everything was in good shape. Breakfast was quite good. Friendly staff.

The back door to the parking lot - which required a key card - did not latch. I reported it twice, but it was still broken when we checked out.

Everything was excellent, including the breakfast and coffee and cookies in the lobby.

Eve though we had a reservation, they did not have the air conditioner on when we arrived. It took hours to cool the room down. Room was clean overall, more run down I guess.

We had no problems checking in. We stayed for 3 nights and had breakfast every morning. The breakfasts were great and the breakfast lady was quite sweet. We used the refrigerator as we made sandwiches and such for our lunches at the convention center.

We loved the location. Theres an IHOP practically in the parking lot along with a Del Taco. Across the street was a QT where we filled our thermos every morning and gassed up for our return trip home.

Location was good. How it looked was good.

They didnt accept cash. Front desk person said they only accepted credit cards from reservations made. Since my crdit card didnt go through she sent me to a motel and cancelled my reservation. Didnt like that experience.

Hot tub, conveniently located by gas stations, interstate access and various hotels.

Ice machine broken on first level floor. Laundry facilities broken on first level floor. I had to walk to next door hotel to purchase laundry soap. Really?? Pool was VERY cold.
