room was big and hotel was clean and felt safe

The TV was really tricky to work. Could not find the live sports

The room size was excellent with a selection of pillows for your head type. The beds were comfortable, and the addition of a small kitchen was wonderful. And the coffee was strong.

Great friendly staff, fantastic room and location. I'll be back!

The gym was well equipped. There were four treadmills, but one was broken and one didn't incline. There was a small wait. My only complaint.

Large room and great views! Many amenities.

Some of the service staff were very friendly & others NOT! Seems like there may need to be some more consistent training about customer service (in the restaurant - breakfast)

the suite was amazing! Claw foot tub. Patio to view the mountains. Also the restaurant was delicious and the drinks were not overpriced like you expect at resorts

We love this resort as our local getaway. Staff and facilities are great. Rooms are all suites and very comfortable.

There was some confusion about our reservation, but, management stepped in and immediately resolved the situation and made sure our check in went without a hitch.

Large rooms, good food, room service

Bathtub was dirty! Stayed here several times and never used bathtub but my kids were with me this time and tub was too dirty for them to use.

Beautiful location and views. Convenient to many hiking trails. Hotel employee at the front desk was particularly helpful as I'd left some important items at the hotel and he immediately contacted me to arrange their return.

Liked the location. The room was very large and liked the large windows with the view. Loved the big shower.

We were most disappointed with the patio. It was just a slab of concrete with a couple of chairs. Ours faced south with the blazing sun right in your face. At night it was pitch dark. It was unusable for the most part. The dishwasher did not work. .

We love the rooms! Very roomy and comfortable! Our favorite local getaway!

The motion sensor entryway into the room kept going on at all times. Finally covered with a band aid!

very old facility, smells old. upholsters on the furniture are damaged or stained. flies in the room, room was not clean due to incomplete housekeeping. very loud ac and fan in the bedroom. they call these "suite" rooms.

The rude staff the parking and lack there of, the fact I couldn't sleep due to room temp being so high despite setting the thermostat to 60 on cool mode it never dropped below 82 in there. The fact the hotel over charged me and twice was a great touch to.

The room. Spacious, great kitchen, thoroughly cleaned before hand.

The staff. Very professional and competent, without any sign o humor or personal interaction. Especially true of the lady who  checked us in, and the lady in the golf shop. hotel  employeea  was grat and very helpful.

The Wi-Fi was horrible. It may doing work email virtually impossible because it kept dropping Signal and making me re-log back in from my room 200

This is a nice property but it's not that nice. Rooms lack kitchen amenities - a larger refrigerator with a freezer would be nice, regular sized plates, coffee cups and more than 2 sets of flatware. I do not see this being a AAA 4-Diamond property.

The location was ideal to where I needed to be.

There was no blanket in the room, and the room was cold, the heating unit was very loud and positioned over the bed. It was late when I checked in and found out that I was being charged a resort fee that I was not aware of.

Quiet and comfortable with nice King Suites. Has turned into our favorite weekend getaway. This was our 4th visit in the past few months.

Minor facility things like loose handles on the tub or the toilet in room rocked. A grumpy bartender as well.

Beautiful area. Very large rooms. The bathroom was nice.

Older hotel rooms, but they have upgraded the bathrooms and kitchen area. The carpet was torn in one area and the AC unit was loud. Beware of the additional resort fees @ $28 a night. We found a used contact lens in the bed sheets. Yikes.
