Location, pool, size of room
Front desk employee was not kind, she did not make any effort to explain what I was trying to know (parking lot whereabouts) which was confusing for me, she just repeated the same information. I was not aware the parking was going to be charged apart
Beautiful new hotel in a great location. Quiet and comfortable beds, good breakfast. The general manager at the desk is awesome and so accommodating to the guests! Fee for parking but that¿s anywhere downtown. I will definitely stay here again!

Good downtown location. Staff was very welcoming. Hotel is just a few years old. Room had a very nice view of pool, courtyard and a beautiful church just across the street. Room was comfortable.
Construction right at the hotel entrance. Very tight to get in and out of in our Ford F350.Parking garage able to accommodate our truck was almost impossible to enter because of the narrow one lane road. Gate kept closing on us.Air conditioner in the room was very noisy. Windows don't open so had to have it on all night which made it difficult to stay asleep. Room was dusty.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Hot breakfast was good. Location excellent with easy walking to Rialto Theater, restaurants and museums. Parking garage attached to hotel was a little expensive but very convenient.
Property is centrally located in the heart of the downtown Tucson area within walking distance to many restaurants and the convention center. It was perfect for me to get ready for El Tour de Tucson!! Love having that bakery right on the property
